Great video and explanation. I'm finding my pump gets pressure up to around 9PSI then stops. I guess I'll need to double check the oring condition?
The pump has had very minimal use, so I'm hoping it's just needing some lubrication.

Hi everyone:
To condition the battery I use mine occasionally as a USB power bank to charge my Smartphone.
This has a beneficial effect as the voltage / amp drawdown is at a slower rate vs the compressor duty cycle rate.
Doing so will "exercise" the internal battery properly.
People forget most of these "portable battery inflators" have this power bank feature too.
If I were you, I wouldn't do that, these things are brittle in a way. use it for what it has been primarily made for.
To condition the battery, regularly use it, may be once in two weeks or so.
and do not charge with high speed chargers.
can you suggest some 12V air compressor that can operate from motorcycle 12V socket
Resqtech is the best in that case.

Thanks 4 ur video.. But my problem is whenever I m trying to fill air, the remaining air pressure of tyre ejecting v fastly.it happens when I put pressure pump into tyre & tighten it
so then check the pressure valve of your tyre.

My pump is throwing air but as soon as I switch on the pump it trips even if I set the pressure higher than existing tyre pressure....what should I do?
I am not sure, never heard of such an issue. If you have ever opened it, it might be issue with incorrect installation. Else the pressure guage must have gone bad.
Hey bro! This o-ring is still working? Original one have a complicated shape, some kind of two layers... You put a simple O-ring like a plumping gasket - I thought it will not work a lot of time.

In my UN1QUE inflator, psi remains 0 but the pump inflates the tyre. Any indea why?
Probably the pipe which goes to the gauge inside is torn or come off or the gauge has some electronic issue

Thanks a lot for the good video. I have a different problem where the battery dies down with 3-4 mins of use, similar to what happened to you in the last part of the video. Did you find a solution to that?
I relubed the Oring and installed. it was way too tight. also I tried to reduce the diameter of the New Oring. post that its alright. if nothing was changed in your unit, then may be the battery has come to its end of life.

@@rajasekaranmam I have recently received a unit from my friend. His battery is also dead. But it will take a couple of weeks for me to open and then search a battery and then fix and also make a vlog side by side. Atleast 3-4 weeks for sure.

Hi, your information is very good. A thousand thanks. It made me happy to watch them. I changed the batteries. But now the batteries are empty. I can't load it. I tried with different cables. I tried different grips. I tried with a different charging cable. What should I do? Can you help me?
I haven't worked on the battery part. May be the soldering of battery has some issue. Or something on the motherboard is not right.

@wasintonsinaga7201 it's the o-ring that is found in hero Honda 100 cc bikes. Like splender , cd100 etc. It will be harder than current o ring. And slightly bigger. You will have to reduce the thickness etc by rubbing it on a polish paper and then install in the pump with some lube

Buddy, you have to buy the same size, what comes out of the compressor. Take that as sample to near by engine spares shop. And ask for same size o ring. Make sure it is completely round

Nope. Did not encounter that issue. But you can open the unit like I have and cross check all wirings , battery mount etc

where the hose comes out from, where there are threading, towards the top side of the main unit, there is some rubber part but cant see clearly. whats the issue ?
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs well, i disasemble my unit to change the battery. and then I assemble it again. yet, it still doesn't work. it turned on but when I try to inflate my tires, it turned out that instead of inflating it was deflating my tires. then I disasmble it further and check every rubber seal in it. well, surprisingly every seal is still in very good condition. yet I dunno why it cannot inflating my tires.
@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs thats why, I think maybe I forgot there is a missing seal that connecting main unit to the hose
There is a stopper from where the sir is pushed out. That stopper is kind of a small sponge with a spring attached to it. You must have reversed that. Change it's direction and you should be good. Let me know how it works out.

No buddy, they don't entertain is what I heard from others
MI is dumping their products in INdia, they don't provide repair services for air compressor, instead they will ask you to buy new one on completion of warranty

No hay uno que grabé. para mí fue fácil. Simplemente fui al taller de reparación de bicicletas cercano y la combinaron con una junta tórica de válvula de cabeza Honda 100CC. que froté un poco para reducir el tamaño y luego lo instalé.

there isnt one, that I recorded. for me it was Easy. I simply went to the nearby bike repair shop and they matched it with a Honda 100CC Head valve oring. which I scrubbed a bit to reduce the size and then installed.

yes, but very little. only thing with greese is, it wont come back to the original position, once pushed away. oil will come back (rolling).
So oil is better

@@donnguztv9237 I got the ring from local automobile workshop. It's the ring in Honda 100cc engine head. It's harder than what comes in Mi. But brushed it on a polish paper and then used. Add some lube to the ring.
The pressure sensor does not show anything and there is not any indication on the screen

Showing additional PSI ? may be the configuration is wrong in the software. it has caught some glitch. the count must be not resetting.

@@vikrampatil4385 i am not sure about the inflator you have. Refer the vlog for Mi inflator. And it's not headlight. It's Head. Cylinder Head. And depending on what type of o ring you get, it might fit perfectly and work perfectly or might consume more battery. Please go thru all comments too, to understand things better.

phir bad mei original rubber hi dali or maine greece lgai rubber k arround ache se or device ab tak chl rha h koi battry issue nhi kuch nhi ....
My device is running fine after the change. Ache se charge Kiya and uske baad sab thik chal raha hai. No issue. Apko shayad rubber ka quality duplicate Mila hoga first wala, hard hoga.

broken old ring wont help even after greasing in all cases. it needs to be replaced.
