ROOF LEAK & SEAL: Polaris Ranger

The Polaris Ranger XP 1000 crew has two sections to its roof. We have noticed it leaking when it rains hard and snow is melting on top. Watch as we try to seal the roof with water proof tape!

had the same issue on the 2023 version of your Polaris. took it back to dealer twice to caulk it and still leaking. I'll try the tape and/or the roof sealer - thx for the video!

Had our 2000 Northstar in several times, the last time it was in they tried windshield adhesive. It leaks like a sieve. Too bad for the price they charge it can't be more watertight.

My 2020 570 crew leaked at the same place used some clear silicone solved the problem

I have a 2022 Polaris ranger 570 SP NorthStar crew and had the same issue. I was told by the dealer to use a good robber roof sealer. This did the trick for me and no pealing or separation even when it flex's. Hope this helps

I tried silicone, but it started to peal. I’ll be sure to try what you suggested.

I put Flex Seal and it started leaking again about a month later I'm in the process now of taking the whole roof off trying to reseal it with a rubber seal
