- An updated answer to the age old question: "Should I main Azir?" for 2022. Also wtf it's almost 2023 I thought 2020 was last year

I actually almost always pick the hardest champs to learn because at a high skill level they produce the best results, like a good lee or kindred vs a "good" amumu, azir is not only fun but really useful for teamfights because people dont know what oyu can do until they do, i just hate the useless passive, and winning or dominating lane is so rewarding when you learn how to. You just have to suffer a lot at first
his ult is pog his safety too but kindred isn t hard compare to azir i carry with her evry game
@@aleksbrice2823 kindred being an almost pure aa champion makes her hard and making sure you always get early marks, if youre behind ever you provide nothing
i started to main him cuz i just liked him his design and gameplay( i like unique champs)
and now i m azir main i gues.
and i wanted to play something hard
Same tbh
Such a fun champ, played a few games with him today and learned the ropes.
just bring back the anti dash from his ult
Imo Azir needs a mid-scope rework like what Syndra and Ahri got recently, the anti-dash thing would be cool, but way too broken in pro, while ideally he should be made weaker in pro and more usable in solo queue
Glad to see they trying to fix him lately, nice video
since otp-ing azir, i realize i cant play the "easiest" of champions
(e.g. i find it easier to land Qs with 2 soldiers than aiming an Annie Q)(yes my cursor pointing is worse than 3-year-olds)
Oh, the times I hit Garen Q on a minion and the Ult on the full HP rando...
Legends say once old tear returns, The Crying Dead Hat build on Azir will return
Nice video 👍
Wat hung this in 2023 and you were right about the end
This is my only and one champion. It’s very sad see Azir in this state because the competitive scene. He really needs a mind-scope like Syndra.
For the time being, I've been maining him while trying to get into Zed and Vex, here's to hoping he gets some love after Worlds is over
@@minimoYT When in doubt, Tryndamere mid.
@@minimoYT they are already on difrent patch so next season maybe tank meta will make him a bit beter maybe some buffs idk
Azir was my bby, got d4 s9, but now its become a chore to play him almost, after all these nerfs 2023
azir isnt at a bad spot rn in 2023 so u were right
yes... reason: he looks cool
Based.
Right azir was my main since s4, it’s been awhile I didn’t play it because it nerf too much and I lose when I play it every times, but it’s still my “main” and my most proud champion, even my Samira had 60% wr but it still can’t even compare azir’s meaning to me
We did get to the aliens 😂
Holy shit we did lmao
Maybe i am stupid but i play him cuz his gameplay fits my wierd champ pool . I don t care he is hard i just play him and have fun
no aliens but ufo's
Does Azir feel good today? I played league since 9 season and i still dont have main. I stayed on Azir, Orianna and Gangplank.
So it is interesting after mini rework of Azir and in nowdays meta is Azir good to main?
And also is it worth to build new nashor tooth for Azir?
In terms of "feel", he feels pretty bad until level 13, after that and 3 items, he spikes really hard. Nowadays he's less of a bully champ and more of a safe scaling champ. Once you get that ball rolling, Azir can really carry a game, he only needs a little support from the team
As for Nashor's, it's almost a core item on him, unless you're building for burst against a very squishy enemy team, in which case Nashor's is overkill, and Shadowflame will kill faster
I suggest you try him out and see how you like it, if you can get used to the new playstyle, he's super strong in the right hands
I find his range on W and Q underwhelming and frustrating.
Wanted to switch to mid, what better way to do it with a flashy champ like azir instead of ryze or aurelion sol.
There's another way: play Katarina, go to bot lane level 3, hit your head on the keyboard, boom, double kill
you can main him but its stupid now tbh
but you can wait till a biffs(copium)
I know, but I'm stupid so I'll still main him 😎
@@minimoYT same
The only reason to play azir is if you like him as a character in lore or design or skins very very much and there is not a single other champion that you like more so then you can withstand the absolute horrifying weak kit he has until you become so good at the game and then nothing will even matter
Too bad i cant play azir cuz faker is cracked 🗿
Yeah, pretty much this, I started playing only because of the lore, and then the versatile kit grew on me. My friends all told me he was shit when I started, and he was at a 46.5%, now he's at 44.5% lmao
yea 2023 where I am and aliens r u here
No.
Unless you want to feel as if you were an emperor.
bad take + L opinion
As an arrogant person, I love feelings of being an emperor
