Honestly, I think "consistency" is one of the biggest values to have when doing TH-cam or anything really. It tells people that you are dependable and have some sort of system in the creation process. It takes a lot of pressure of off you if you have a system or plan in place to do something consistently over a longer period of time.

Mouth watering I am American from NY but my Mom was Japanese. We’d get Japanese sponge cakes sent from Japan. They are usually packaged better than most mobile phones as a lot of Japanese stuff is. It’s just funny how even perishable edibles can be packaged with so much care in Japan. While very sweet they are very delicate as opposed to overly rich American style cakes. It’s crazy how Japanese desert portions are very small compared to their Western counterparts too. Anyway, these packaged sponge cakes might not have been as fresh as restaurant produced ones but they were still so good. Some of these store bought sponge cakes can be expensive as well.
