How do you make “homemade chocolate” with already made chocolate?
It says handmade not homemade, also I think it’s supposed to be a chocolate fudge or praline, not a chocolate. Maybe because of the language barrier the translator didn’t pick up the meaning so the tittle is translated poorly. Also chocolaterias like this usually buy pre-toated pre-made 100% chocolate chips, because just the process of it and the cost of special appliances is just too much for small businesses to keep up with..

Do.. Do you realize what it takes to actually make chocolate? Like from the bean? Even very popular candy making TH-cam channels line Hercules Candy buy large pre-made chunks of chocolate and just melt then down to do whatever they want with it.

Maybe that pre-made chocolate was made by them and they skipped it because the cocoa beans mostly sit in a machine for the entire process.

Many people didn't notice it (I didn't at first) and it's okay
Handmade is making something by hand
Something like Ben & Jerry's aren't made by hand, they are primarily automated by machines
Homemade is making something at home (simply enough)
For example, not going to stores or any other place to get an apple pie is homemade
