    Appreciate the videos! Nice work I have yet to see any videos from start to finish of a rebuild for 800 Etec. I have a 2015 freeride 800etec with 6300kms and am debating a rebuild. Unfortunate about the bearing, but you made the right choice I think

    I generally trust The Crank Shop with all my Rotax specs.

    your supposed to install the flanged head pipe before any torque is applied to cylinder fastners into lower end. This clocks the cylinders properly to ensure a good flange seal on exhaust.

      Sorry I'm having a hard time understanding what you mean. The exhaust manifold or Y pipe needs to be installed before the monoblock is bolted to the case?

      @Pneumamechanical correct. But of its a monoblock then disregard that. This applies when 2 seperste jugs and fastened to a lower half.

      Oh ok, yeah with this sled you can't get the engine back in the chassis with the Y-pipe on @@ComputerCapone
