I also have a 77' Suzuki 185. Very nice restoration. I have mine in decent condition. The original carb has some problems that need addressed. For now I have a cheap Chinese Carb running it fine... sometimes haha 😅
you shouldn't discard the oil tank like that, the oil pump does more than add 2 cycle oil to the fuel mixture, it also lubricates certain points inside the engine and gearbox and can shorten the life of the motor.
Came out pretty nice! You'll have a lot of fun putting around on the TS185.

The first model was a orange 1977 ds185 and red tank for 1977, and then the ts 185 came out in 1978 in this frame with yellow gas tank.
Awesome job, I have a 78 DS and am having trouble finding a carburetor kit, is something you had to get?and if so where? Thanks
if it's a ds185, maybe try getting a ts185 carb kit? pretty sure they're the same, good luck!
dude where did you get that seat? is it from another year suzuki?
no gas tank original
Its a DT gas tank he put on them, that looks ruin everything ,what a shame for a pretty looking bike 😧
