You can check the item rank ingame tho. Go into it's Item Assembly, look at the price of the "Increase (Stat) a little" bills, and remove 4 zeroes. That is the item rank. Carnage items are counted as 101 - 140

There are some minor mistakes in the video that have probably been addressed in other comments. You CAN, at least in Disgaea 5, move Innocents from item to item whether they're subdued or not. You can even stock them in the Innocent Storage until you want to subdue them later. However, you NEED to subdue them if you want to combine them with each other. Not sure if that worked on anything before 5. I know for a fact that, as he said, you couldn't move Innocents in, at least, 1 and 2 unless you subdued them, and considering there was a cap on the amount of levels of Item World could have, this meant you could lose innocents forever if you didn't subdue them during your runs, which meant it was a good thing to use Mr Gency Exits or even reloading to make sure you got all those innocents out of the item before dumping it for a better one.
Okay, so I'm entirely new to this series, playing 5 right now and in my experience, it takes me about 2 hours to level something up from lv. 1 to ~35 or 40. Seeing what level these weapons can be, I gotta ask; You don't actually sit for so many hours leveling up one item do you? Is there some faster way to get this done?

Question: is adding innocents on a weapon you want to level like a sword with Gladiators necesarry to boost the attack stat? Like having a sword putting a Tutor on it will it boost the stats of SP as well?
Hey voxel star I have an important question, so I have equip marksman physician sentry coach and staticiction to increase my res def int hit just like my attack and speed and by the time I finished floor 200 and left the item world my attack and speed increase but not my res int hit and def what I do wrong here
How are you moving while attacking. I notice you don’t move, then attack, you seem to select an attack and then it shows you your attack range+movement
There's a few ways actually. I equip the unique evility "Twin Heads" If you have it equipped you can attack twice as long as you don't move on your turn. It's the two headed dragon's evility.
@@oswaldthedarkknight you could also magichange a twin dragon into the subclass to use the evility while still choosing which stat your sage scales with
7:40 - You mispronounced Mr Gency's exit. It's a pun on emergency. If you spell out "Mr" you say something close to "emer". Gency is pronounced Jencey. You say it really fast and all of a sudden you get "emergency exit".
I never really found disgaea's systems complicated, there is a lot of stuff but nothing i cant handle. Since the internet helps a lot. But then I had to explain it to my friend, and that's when I realised how complicated and confusing it must be for newcomers
Hello, I have a advanced post game question. After I mastered all the sub classes and reincarnate once should I not reincarnate again? I'm asking this because I have been framing for Carnage prisoners which took my stats up to 10mil at lvl 9999but when I reincarnate I my stats went back down to 9mil at lvl 9999. So should I only farm for higher stats and don't reincarnate after I mastered all subclasses?
There is a reason to reincarnate and that's the Elite Squad, put a character in there as leader and battle to lv9999 with the Raised Flag equip and you'll get more stats. Can also get more from evilities (Heavy Stance etc.) and farming shards from the Asagi stage tho there's a cap to that being 10mil of shards. Maid's Afternoon Tea is great for multi people too.
this really depends on how much you wanna grind chara world and if you have already reincarnated using the elite 4 squad. for the first 5 reincarnations you gain 15%boost to aptitudes on all stats(atk hit etc)if you are aiming for the max of 300% aptiutde on those stats this can save allot of work form grinding chara world and it literally can take one map to get back to 9999 with the right set up. Reincarnating with elite 4 and raised flag or 10% boost to all stats through evilities will give your char BASE max stats of 20 mil SP HP(can still be gained after 5 reincarnations so will depend on the amount of reincarntions) and 10 mil on the rest. The base stats given this way will be the maximum you can ever gain through reincarnation with the right shards the base stats before equipment can go to 20 million giving a possible 40 million before equipment with evilities and squad effects. There is also Zetta if you own the DLC or complete edition who keeps improving the more you reincarnate him.

Voxel Star there isnt really much difference between the 2 other than a couple of characters not in original dlc and being able to gain money from the included dlc. I own atm all versions of D5 (complete on switch waiting to download complete for pc). If you however dont own the dlc on the original D5 then you may wish to look to remake a guide for the complete version.

Voxel Star Took me MONTHS just to get the MC to lv 2k And he could barely max with only his best skills only a Million damage. and thats just one character.
iMYX Have you used the Cheat Shop? Or anything to try and power-level? Seriously, even with the Soda drinking trick you can max out your character within a day. Your lack of damage is likely coming more from your stats than your level. Maxing subclasses as well as shard farming is important. You should also probably invest in a Sage.

Just got back into disgaea 1 after 15 years. Looking at moving on to other games in the series, the game has definitely changed a ton over the years

The Item world in this game is actually really fun due to the fact they scaled it down by quite a bit.

Does stat growth still work like 4? Where putting an innocent on a stat thats by default 0 result in stat growth or will it always be 0?

not in disgaea 5. it is based on hit (as is all other attacks) but the targets spd is factored in as spd determines evasiveness
