Another familiar map, but no, the laser unfortunately doesn't do any damage and it doesn't even work if you're not a black hole CO. If you aren't, it'll just be a different color.
Olaf works pretty well here too since he makes it snow twice as much and isn't affected by it, which greatly hampers Colin/Grit. You might find some cheeky strats with that knowledge. You can also use Drake to really ruin Olaf's day, and all 3 COs fuel supplies. Eagle could probably win a turn or 2 earlier with his SCOP, and so could Sami if the opportunity arises, but it's a long level.
Important Note: These are going to be mostly optimized runs! Most of these strategies could almost definitely be beaten faster with some theorycrafting, but I'm generally going to post the first run that gets me a 300 to keep up with daily uploads, so some levels will be less clean than others. The AI might--and likely will, on occasion--move differently, and your RNG for the luck damage might be different (I.E. 76% might be an 8 for me, but a 7 for you, which will prevent the unit from retreating to heal at 2hp or less!). Be aware! Levels that can be done by any CO will be done with Andy (and no COP), though Andy gets some use in this campaign.
