Sunak has implemented 15 tax rises on working class people in the last 2 yrs, It's not going to be any different if he wins. MPs trying to paint him as working his way up from a working class background to make him seem more appealing and likely to help the working classes is a joke, his background is what most people would call wealthy and very privileged. You could call it upper middle class at a stretch but it really is a stretch. He's now the richest man ever to be an MP.
Liz Truss is just completely out of her depth in her current role to the point of being a laughing stock abroad so she's utterly unsuitable for the role and incapable of getting anything done. Dorris saying that Liz get things done is a joke she has failed in every aspect of her job.
Mordant has been caught out lying again and again and is way too far right for comfort. How much more can the people take? Let us remember that only a select few tory party members in the constituency of the candidate actual get to choose so the rest of us get no say at all.

Seen a video on TH-cam about him in his 20's. He said his friends are middle to upper class and he is upper class, he doesn't mind that, but as for working class....he wouldn't be seen dead with any of us, even the words passing his lips offended him.......sounds like a wonderful Prime Minister in waiting doesnt it?!...NOT.

It’s mind boggling that the Tories have a democratic STV voting system to choose their leader, yet oppose STV voting nation wide, instead opting for First Past The Post. I think it’s a clear indication of who ‘deserves’ democracy and who does not.

Most common folks do know our gov is fucked up but other than people in the rail/train industry and young people, no one thinks we have the power to change anything. Also, common people don't want to have to take responsibility for governmnent into their own hands unless it's absolutely nessesary and 'someone' has to first organise a protest/riot/coup before people will go ahead with it. Why risk losing your job and potencially your life if your life doesn't depend on it. It's very present thinking and we common folk should get more organised in future but for now, it'll take the collapse of the econemy for anything to truly change as that would level the playing field a bit

They symbiotically ran their business and made huge profits from it - doctor's prescriptions to wife's pharmacy - more than enough to send Rishi to Winchester and Oxford. I did not want to comment. But no matter how Boris was he seemed to really have a passion, down to earth character in his role. I have been analysing what happened. The two people he promoted to senior ministers betrayed and back stabbed him in my opinion. Unless your boss is a serial killer you should be loyal and at least help that boss do better. I cannot trust a leader like Rishi or Sajid who back stubbed their boss to lead this country. Well Sajid is out of the running. Boris did not have the wisdom to promote his real supporters. Its ashame he trusted these two people. Secondly I think the Tory should have given Boris another chance to change. As I believe the final episode shock him up and he would have changed and listened more. I do not see any leader amongst the contenders. I have been a Labour voter all my life but voted for Boris as I believed he was bold to carry the country forward and brexit. The Tory has made a big mistake in getting rid of him. Worse for me was the two people whom Boris promoted and now destroyed his career, these two people preemted Boris career ending. Loyalty to your boss and company is important. Again unless that organisation is up to something that is detrimental to society then i will back whitle blowers. Boris was not perfect but he did not deserve to be ousted like that. Any leader leading under covid must be applauded. In my opinion i think the Tories will regret their decision. I think and hope that Boris will now learn to be more transparent and not defend colleagues with bad characters like Pincher. Which really began his down fall. In addition, if Boris happen to read this comment, politics or not people respect and admire truth no matter how difficult. If he had admitted about Pincher in the first instance I don't think it would have come to this. It is important for a leader to listen and use wisdom in decision making.

Rishi Sunak was instrumental in destroying their leadership. He had being the PM in mind when he acted so selfishly.
He is self-centered, arrogant, and destructive during such a critical period. Let's see him on the front lines of the war, supporting those real heroes, or is he afraid.
We are not just politely supporting the Ukrainians. We are teetering on the edge of war.
This is no rehearsal. It's not the time to destroy political goals. It is the time to unite for the survival of our nation and of those other nations who reside within NATO.
Rishi has launched a major attack on our nation. He must be judged for this and not rewarded for Cowardism and personal glory.
He must be thrust to the rear of the backbenchers before he can be judged by election.
Cowards and Glory boys are not welcome in our land. Neither in our Parliament. We must ostracise him now by our joint voices.
