Love the Mid Century Modern homes, but when adding AC (mini-splits) please go the extra mile to enclose them with an aesthetic-pleasing cover (i.e, wood slats). In this walk-thru seeing the mini-splits gives the vibe I'm in an outdated motel.
Michaels - I have to say - hiding the "updates" seems to be eluding many Eichler owners. And it's a funny thing because when they were built GREAT care was taken to camouflage the "utilities". They put the mechanicals outside, in closets that were closed off behind hidden doors.
Sorry I didn’t clarify myself! I am assuming you are selling this house? So to the person that is interested in buying this house please have this dwelling inspected! Hire a reputable inspector! When you are using brick to hold up electrical or AC line on a roof that is very questionable! Don’t get me wrong I love the architecture of this home and the video. But some of the work/remodel is very questionable! Not my job to point out everything. Just have a private inspection before you buy this house. Might save you a lot of money down the road.
@@stevesancedo8821 Steve, Got it. Thank you. I think it was the "pass inspection" that I didn't understand. I make these videos in celebration of the architecture. Here in the Silicon Valley, the pace of the market is so fast that by the time you see the video the house is already sold. In a purchase of this significance I would strongly recommend using a knowledgable, active, professional agent in the transaction. They can help navigate the documents you will or should be presented with. Thank you so much for watching and for the conversation!

Wow that house past inspection in California? To many red flags to mention!
@@stevesancedo8821 Steve Thanks for watching and commenting. Which inspections are you referring to?
