3 ingredient Sweetened Condensed Milk Cookies:
- 150g All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 110g SEMI Cold Butter cut into small pieces ( 1 stick ) Take the butter out of the fridge 30 min before using.
- 60g Sweetened Condensed Milk ( 2 ounces )
- 1 tsp Vanilla (optional)
Fillings options:
- Nutella
- Jam
- Condensed Milk

I reduced the c/milk filling down by half so it wasn’t as messy. Melt in your mouth cookies to die for. I filled half w my homemade lemon curd. Excellent!
How did you store them? The fridge?
English With Ashley yes in a sealed container. They tasted great even a few days later. Leave them out for a few minutes to get the full flavour before eating. :)
I just made these today and they turn out really good!! half the batter was nutella and the other half was condense milk. Nutella is my favorite!! Thank you for being an inspiration!!

Cereal You Must Eat I don't think so cuz they have milk in them?
Masifa Khurram It has condensed milk which is stored at room temp, butter which is mostly oil, and flour which is flour. Also baked goods tend to last a while a room temp as long as the container is airtight.

Lana's Recipes they’re simple! her recipe is just flour and milk; add milk to your flour until you get a really thick batter (not too much milk), then fry in an oil filled pan until golden brown, then coat in sugar or glaze :)
I’ve made so many batches of the mini donuts they’re literally so simple and so good, and have a really good texture for a few days

There's also meltaway cookies, which are very similar but (i think) 4/5 ingredients, but are even less effort in my opinion, aside from a 4 hr refrigeration period.

@@ArwaSh94 we do, it's just that the weather's suuuuuuper hot here, and popping the cookies in for 5 minutes will basically do nothing. Hence the "prefreeze the freezer joke". Hope this helps!
P.S: it's eight in the morning here and it's already 32 degrees centigrade (that's about 90 degrees Fahrenheit for Americans!)

I have literally just made these as I have all the ingredients and my oven was already turned on so I thought "why the hell not" haha. When I mixed the butter and flour it turned into a dough rather than breadcrumbs (I used the right quantities and my butter was straight out the fridge) and then when I added the condensed milk it just turned into a straight up thick batter. I ended up piping the cookies out; they are in the oven now so hopefully they turn out okay! Maybe next time I'll try using a food processor.
How did it turn out?
@@ritikamenon1352 they turned out okay. I baked them for almost 30 minutes in the end as when I pulled them out after 10 they were very cakey inside. Baking them longer made them crunchier which I prefer. You do need some sort of filling though as there is not a lot of flavour to these, even though I added vanilla paste. It tastes a lot like shortbread as obviously it's almost the same ingredients but just not as flavourful. Overall a very easy quick recipe and not unpleasant at all (I wolfed down half the batch) but there are better cookie recipes out there.

Hi Eno Udoh, condensed milk is milk with sugar that has been boiled and thickened to reduce (condense) the milk. There are recipes on how to make your own on TH-cam. I hope that helps you to be able to make these.
