Coffee Rubbed Pork Chops
4 pork chops
1t finely ground coffee
1t Spanish paprika
1T salt
1/2t granulated garlic
1/2t cumin
Rub pork chops with 1t finely ground coffee, 1t Spanish paprika, 1T salt, 1/2t granulated garlic, and 1/2t cumin. Let chops sit for 20 min. Drizzle with olive oil and grill on medium high heat for 5 min. Flip and cook additional 5 min.
