Thinking of getting TSC DuMor rabbit cages. Watched your video. Thanks. Now that you're 3+ years into these cages, has the powder-coating helped reduce rust? Have the cages held up well?
Mark Roberts the rabbits chewed on the coating . They still rusted and the coating has lead the in it . If they did not change it . I will not use them again .
the black little clips that you use to attach the sides with slide off easily so after much inspection we saw that they are pretty much j clips .. all you gotta do is wrap around the little flap...
By using the j-clips that I have used. I take away any chance that my rabbits will get out. If you want to use those junk black clamps be my guest . Those black clamps are junk and I will not trust my rabbits in the cages with those clamps holding it alone . I have coyotes here not taking the chance.
I bought 12 of these and I clipped them first thing it strengthening it very well plus I put them on t post at every cornet for strength. They seem to work well
I just went out and bought this cage today for my rabbit because he's an indoor rabbit and his starter cage is getting too small for him, so i went here in NY and spent 37-38 dollars on the 36"-30" cage...got home opened it up, nothing lined up, everything was flimsy, nothing likes to stay together, being an indoor rabbit i also like having the tray and frame for the tray..found out only the cage is in it... went back and got the tray and "frame".... NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to attach this frame to the cage... roughly 80 dollars ive spent on this new cage setup...gonna rig it myself to make it work lol
I got two of the 24 x 24 cages and had to do the same thing. Was about to take them back until I found this video. I ordered J Clips and some pliers from Bass Equipment and now they are good to go. Not sure where you are in SC i'm in the upstate near charlotte.
We put one together, but I noticed a warning label on the second one that says that it contains led and shouldn't be chewed on. I'm not impressed with these either. Thank you for reviewing it.

I needed a cage quick, so I bought one. I put the J clips on it too. Works fine. I use another brand normally.
$29 cage, I think it’s a heck of a deal, yes you got to put some j clips on it. Big for $29-30 I’m well pleased.

I bought a 30x30 DuMor cage, and one for my friend, I don't like them, I definalty would rather just build my own! Mine wasent straight either

Commenting from the year 2020 and these are still pieces of junk, but wire is touch to come by. Glad I have j clips handy. 🤦🏻♀️
