The German Autobahn has no speed limit but you should not race on it! Obey the rules and respect other drivers. Driven by an experienced Driver - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
cuts gas at 170?
Thanks for the test. Well done. Unfortunately in Canada - US we drive max 120 km / h occasionally a little faster. Anyway in Europe the same.
The Toyota Corolla SE AWD hybrid is a fancy car. I have a sedan living in Canada. The look, the finish, the Yokohama 225/40/18 tires. Inside similar, just a smaller Lexus for only $30K. Ride excellent. Acceleration needed, i.e. from 0 to 70 km / h good, like electrics.
After the city's convenience, practically the car drives itself. Safety 3.0 as in the Lexus. Stereo 6 speakers. 4 adults ride in full comfort.
The only negative is the engine without sealing gives a superfluous sound when accelerating.
Is it as quiet as in the car as it sounds in the video? Great job thanks.
Its not that quiet when you try to accelerate. Its like the engine is screaming. But generally yeah its a quiet car in normal use.
no, every corolla is poorly soundproofed. :(
I had the 1.2t hatchback from 2020 and now have the touring sports 2.0 196ps. Both were okay for this price segment in terms of cabin noise on the highway. It's a corolla not a bmw 5 series. Regarding the engine noise, people like to over exaggerate. The e-cvt is great and the noise isn't as terrible as people claim during acceleration.
@@2810Mad I own one, and the noise is mostly due to the poor floor isolation.
@@OverG88 tires also seem to make a small difference.
1:15 you saw the car but you joined the traffic anyway?
too slow
dude it's not like you cannot enter if you see another car on the road - although that's what some drivers are thinking
@@Gyuresssz did u realise that he forced the other driver to slow down? He had a road sign and he HAD to wait for that car, not pull up just in front of it.
@@todor92 do you know that when entering from an inferior road you CAN force the other car to deaccelerate?
@@Gyuresssz Yes, you can as long as the other car does not need to brake. That are the rules I learnt at the driving school in Germany.
Hey buddy. Thx for sharing this.
I love the design in and out. You clearly have to get used to that sound when accelerating (hard).
My son runs the Yaris Hybrid (2019), and in town and on country road, I (as passenger) hardly notice the petrol kick in. But he is a very efficient driver...nothing like me i guess ;-)
Oh and I see at around 6.20 (sorry don't know how to make timestamp) you also have those slowass lefties like we have here in Denmark....and are know for.
Honda civic XI pls
it doesn't have head up display?
Hi. I think it depends on what trim you have. I have an excel 2.0L 2024 and it has a HUD.
sportmode .. no RPM display ?
Why do you want to know the RPM on a CVT? Also there is an option to show it.
you can turn it on
Love my blade 3.5 master G, this car so fast 💨
what are these loud engine revving noises during acceleration? have they still not been able to polish this?
It's a CVT gear - it will rev up like hell when you increase speed but than goes silent once you reach your desired speed. Nothing to polish, it's a technology like that.
Your car does not rev up when you floor it? Then its broken buddy, no issue here
192 top speed?
close windows pls jajaj
TOYOTA 👌🏾
Toyota 🤮👎
What a terrible noise when accelerating! And the consumption for a hybrid car is so high! 🤮🤮🤮🤮
@@carlosMTB1416Don't you see he is going full throtle at 130 km/h for the 75% of the video? I have seen you on a bunch of videos already spreading your bs opinion and spreading misinformation so stfu already
Yeah they did a great job with that car.
TOYOTA 🤤👍
Still the car goes to EV mode to save fuel.
8.8/100l fuel consumption with 100 km/h? This is not only far from impressive, but it's actually pretty bad. I expected this car to be much more economical, but.. I guess i was insanely wrong.
actually if you drive up to 130 kmh on highway its really very economical, even on country road or city is so economic, around 3,5-5 liter for my experience (we test many different cars), if you drive over 150 kmh its not so economical. in the video there was many uphill part. maybe you should watch city pov video how the fuel consumption is: th-cam.com/video/h7YEVPDaPL4/w-d-xo.html
@@TESTDRIVEFREAKo
Pretty slow car for so 140 hp and 10,3L fuel consumption.
When driving on highways on a regular basis a diesel engine would be way more economical. Sadly Toyota is totally against diesel engines even though they are superior in so many ways. Hybrid only has a positive effect in city traffic. A diesel hybrid might be great too.
true, any 2.0 diesel will do 5-6l at speed 130/150kmh, hybrid more then 7l on highway.
Hybrid only has a positive effect in city traffic. A diesel hybrid might be great too. What are you talking about? 95% of countries in the world on the highway drive 120/140 km / h max. Toyota Hybrid then burns gas-free 5.5 - 6 liters. Yes, you live in Germany, you want to drive 200km/h buy a diesel.
@@subarui 5,5-6 my a**. I own a C-HR with 2ZR engine. The fuel consumption is 7-7,5 at 130 km/h.
If you drive like this make sure you 100% all time use your indicators pls!
This not race car it’s eco car for city
i know, we test every car here for youtube channel. every car we do topspeed :), we have also normal city driving video here with fuel consumption test in city
it makes me nervous even to watch this thing to beeing able to hold a certain speed. consumptions is ridiculously high btw. 8.5 while doing 100 kmh ist absurd.
it was uphill part at begin of the video, at 100 kmh an flat road or long distance should around 5 liter
100 kmh it does 4l/100kmh
i have the 122hp version and in a long highway drive(350km) with 120km/h average i had 5.5l.
@@vasilisskarlatopoulos9051 did you get a headache from the loud wind? I don't understand how a car of this value can have such poor noise insulation?
@@balazsmeszaros3040 the road noise is a bit too much but my other car is a diesel Yaris MK2 so I'm not that bothered. And i always have the music loud. So far I really like the car. In the city its really silent by the way .
What a terribly noisy and slow car🤮🤮🤮
It’s a freakin Corolla. Should’ve not expect it to be like Merc or BMW. It’s cheap and reliable for a reason
I don't understand how a car of this value can have such poor noise insulation?
LOL what do you expect? Its a everyday car for moms and dads with crying babies in the backseat, noise insulation is the least problem they have.... 😂
@@foxisgleeits definetely not cheap. buying one new is definetely only available to semi-rich or upper middle class individuals
