  • For part 2: • If Disney Heroes Were ...
Time to charge the good guys too!
(Can some of them still be the 'good guys' with all of their crimes?)
    Featuring:
Snow White, the Prince (from Snow White), Prince Phillip (Sleeping Beauty), Belle and the Beast (Beauty and the Beast), Hercules, Aladdin, and Peter Pan.
Video is a bit shorter than the usual, but the next one will be longer than the usual (so that totally evens it out)
For all the Disney Villains videos so far:
Part 1: • If Disney Villains Wer...
Part 2: • If Disney Villains Wer...
Part 3: • If Disney Villains Wer...

Per popular demand, I've finally added sentences (prison time), so the new video has sentences for characters from both parts 1 and 2.

Is Beast's "False imprisonment" charge for Belle's Father actually valid? Maurice was trespassing, and the the Beast was, as prince, a local government authority who could issue sentence, and the dungeons probably even counted as a legitimate local jail with that context. First, Maurice's trespassing charge is very questionable in the first place, both considering the context of being lost at night and responsibly trying to find someone in charge, as well as the servants then inviting him to stay.

@@Cringe_Lord I was thinking the same thing. He did say beforehand that Belle was forbidden from entering the west wing, and she still went in anyway, so this would be an additional charge on Belle via a second trespassing charge.
However, the level in which Beast reacted would be too extreme for him to be able to use self-defense because he could have really harmed Belle in that scene and it led to her being put in danger with a bunch of wolves. Therefore, I will take that intimidation charge and raise it to reckless endangerment.

    • @markwilson4078

Intimidation is indeed something you can be criminally charged for in several US states.

Tbh it annoys me when people call Phillip a s*xual predator because Aurora would've stayed asleep forever if he hadn't kissed her. And he knew about the true love's kiss thing because Maleficent told him. He also didn't have any control over the true love prophecy. It had to be him and he knew it. It's completely different with The Prince because he literally just kissed a child's corpse, not knowing about the true love thing. Also, Snow White is 14 and The Prince is 31 (yep, look it up), so that's definitely s*xual assault against a minor. Still love these videos though! 😁 I'm just a bit of a Prince Phillip fan. 😆

To be fair, in the Beast's defence, both Belle and her father were trespassing. I'm not sure the kidnapping charge applies until he imprisoned Belle's father.
Also, because Peter is technically a child himself, I'm certain some of his sentences would end up a bit lighter. That's hard to determine, to be fair, but I'm not sure it's child abduction if he himself is also a child and simply offered them to join. Further, I'm not sure if he can commit child neglect for the same reason - maybe?
But the mutilation and theft definitely can't be excused, save that we don't know the circumstances of why he cut off Hook's hand.

I did see a miniseries once called Neverland that would explain the hand getting chopped off thing if it were canon. Basically Peter and Hook were both from England and came to Neverland. I don’t remember if Hook and Pan were friends of if Hook was a mentor of sorts, but they did start off on friendly terms with each other. However, their separate paths led to Hook and Pan becoming mortal enemies and they both had a fight where the crocodile was swimming below, where Hook’s hand got cut off and so it and the locket got eaten.
Basically, if that counted, the mutilation can be counted as self-defense.
But because those are 2 different iterations, we can’t say for sure.

In the original novel, it's implied that when the Lost Boys grow up, Peter either banishes them or just straight up kills them (and in a sequel novel, he banishes them to Nowhereland, which i can only assume means a death sentence as well). I'm not sure which version, it may have been from an early draft/manuscript, but I believe it's also implied that he does so as a sacrifice to maintain his childhood (though don't quote me on that because I forget where I read it, it could just be bullshit creepypasta someone tried passing off as real)
In regards to Hook, in all versions, their rivalry started when Peter, unprovoked, cut off his hand (implicitly just for fun) and fed it to the crocodile, who, gaining a taste for human flesh, tormented Hook for the rest of his life, also giving him PTSD from ticking sounds.

I don't think Peter was actually trying to get Smee to shoot Hook, because I don't think he was expecting Hook to actually be hit. It seems like it's all just a game to Peter, and therefore that particular bit would be more like reckless endangerment. People tend to forget that the Disney princess stories aren't set in the United States (except for the Princess & the Frog) or in the modern world. (It wasn't officially the United States in Pocahontas). Majority of the stories take place in Europe over 100 years ago, & the world was an extremely different place back then. In most European countries, 16 was the legal age; it still is in some countries today. At one point, the legal age was 13. Prince Phillip & Prince Florian would be considered perverts in the US today, but what they did was perfectly acceptable for the medieval/renaissance era their stories take place in. Also back then, marriages weren't about love. They were used to establish peace, gain financial stability, & or to gain power. Even though Aurora initially objected to her arranged marriage, there was nothing she could do about it. Back then, you did what your parents told you to do or else there were severe consequences for your disobedience. You could have been disowned or even put to death. (Death was more likely if you were a female.) You can't put modern values on the past

@@vocazxls4787 the prince and prince Philip’s charges about sexual contact with minors can be pardoned considering it was necessary to save Snow White and Aurora’s lives

Snow White: Agree on the pardon
Belle: A small fine. The charge shown in the video can be dropped, but her entering the west wing after she was clearly told she wasn’t allowed to should also count as trespassing.
The Prince: At least a year. I’ll explain why when I get to Phillip.
Prince Phillip: Pardon (in his case, he knew the only way to save Aurora’s life was true love’s kiss because this was revealed to him by Maleficent. Snow White’s prince on the other hand knew nothing about the true love’s kiss thing, nor did he know about the apple. That was a case of just him going up to her body and kissing her.)
Beast: Community Service (taking a page from WickedBinge, I agree with their sentencing that he should get community service. By the time he became Prince Adam again, Belle had already mellowed him out and showed him how to become a better person, so that will really help out his case.)
Hercules: Fine (Like Belle helping the Beast out, Here’s charge against Phil might get dropped given the two had already forgiven each other by the end of the film. All of the charges after would also get dropped because they not only would be justified through self-defense as well as saving someone else’s life, but Hades had just attempted insurrection against his father, tried to murder him countless times starting from when he was born, and did actually murder Meg. So only the property damages would remain.)
Aladdin: 5 years (while he would get pardoned by the Sultan on a lot of crimes, pretending to be a prince and the border crossings would stick. Feel free to correct the sentence as needed.)
Peter Pan: 3 years plus a fine (assuming we keep the mutilation charge, Peter could still get multiple charges dropped either to self-defense or the fact he is technically a child himself and not a responsible adult. The stalking, trespassing, theft, and ship hijacking though would remain regardless.)

@@markwilson4078 Here's the thing though: everyone thought Snow was dead, and people have actually done that - without being arrested, at their deceased loved ones' funerals. It's not a crime in real life, so why would it be a crime there? Besides, the spell was broken by *true love's kiss* and if it worked, then she must've had some kind of positive feelings for him. Especially since she was happy to be with him after he, you know... *saved her life!*

@@markwilson4078 Considering that Belle marries her plaintiff, a fine doesn't make sense as a punishment for her.
