Meg:❤ I am a former marathon runner since I was 30! Meg, I’m so concerned. I have kept up exercising. I’m now turning 79. I have pulled muscles before but of course it happens. I have been stressed out for the last several years. I kept exercising through this time. I had brain surgery 6 years ago. I did so well and literally had no pain. I had a fall on black ice. Lately I am in pain in my arms and legs., and in general. I do believe I was doing a leg stretch and turning my left leg in a different sitting position. I know I have arthritis but I have never felt as uncomfortable as presently (8/29/24). I don’t want to stop exercising. I’ve been trying to keep continuing. What are some light exercises I am used to moving but since I don’t work anymore it’s so boring. I live in a senior village. There are no walkers or persons who MOVE. HELP. You have other Videos. I’ll keep looking! I am a 79 yr old female. I don’t think I mentioned this let me know. Thank you, Meg, Sincerely Ms Jay Miller❤
Have you checked with your doctor to rule out Peripheral neuropathy. When I discussed my arm & leg pain it was diagnosed as Peripheral neuropathy. Good luck finding a good exercise routine you enjoy.
Hello Meg are these stretches good at the end of your workouts? Would love to see more videos for osteoporosis for beginners, that last even longer than 15 minutes. Thanks ❤
Hello Meg, I love your videos! I’m 56 and have osteoporosis and a vertebrae fracture but always exercising frequently . Having a severe scoliosis, are all your videos for osteoporosis safe for me? ❤
