My favorite BF outfit is definitely a boxy crop t-shirt and high waisted shorts or leggings. I can just pull up my shirt, my belly is quite covered, and the t shirt just lightly draped over my boob. I am so thankful I was confident enough to breastfeed in public this whole time. But it’s because of companies like The Little Milk Bar who encourage women to #dropthecover. I am still discreet, but I do not worry about offending people. No one has ever said anything to me!
I have a friend that does exactly that with crop tees. I haven't heard of The Little Milk Bar so thank you for sharing it. We can still be discreet without a cover and I'm glad you continue to have the confidence to breastfeed. 💙Annisa
I just met a mom nursing her 2 yr old at the park. The World Health Organization advise breastfeeding be continued up to 2 years of age and beyond. 💙 Annisa

Great tips!! I agree we need to normalize it 100%. Even older kids. I don’t see Maggie weaning anytime soon! She can stand up and nurse haha

Try thrift stores and second hand shops. The dress I’m wearing is the new thing I bought. The rest I purchased second hand ☺️ 💙Annisa

My biggest take away when I first started was that breastfeeding is natural, but it does not come naturally!!! Get help early and focus on that latch!
