It's awesome , i have a black Golf 5 too , and i started first with audio line , so far i have about 1400 rms ,in a few monts i'll have about 2500 rms . After that , i will start exterior look.

I've got something similar but mine is a 2lt petrol engine. I plan to do an engine rebuild, then instal an ecs tuning kit (turbo, cold air intake, oil catch can, new cobra exhaust system, exhaust manifold, haltec elite ecu), replace my gearbox with a dsg one from a gti perelli edition, high pressure fuel injectors and low pressure fuel pump... It works. instal dope sequential led head and tail lights, carbon fibre mirrors and bonnet, body kit, sunroof instal, mid tier coil overs, 2nd hand porsche brembos, the list goes on.. Im dedicated to this built. I jus wanna look at it when done and be proud of turning a sheep into a monster. Hoping for 450 plus bhp. Wish me luck

Liking the mods, the only thing I wasn’t keen on are the wheels being so wide. They stick out to far from the arches for my liking. Are they 8.5J? The rest though I like. 👍🏼

Brother didnt you have problem with parts? Im doing same sort of build with black gokf IV. And i can get anywhere new airbeg and seakbelt. Drive me mad that i cannot find parts and just buy them. Instead of that have to find damaged ones and hope i find some healthy parts

You need muffler delete first, then a Y pipe and then tips

Hey mate, how much did you lower it. I’m looking at lowering my golf with some springs but I don’t want to go to low. Your height seems about right.
it wasnt lowered, it was ifact higher due to bigger wheels, too big. If he kept original wheels he could lower it easy, the new wheels are so big theres no room to lower to even standard Height .

@@nolimitt6840 well, if you are travelling mostly short distance and the car already has high mileage the dpf filter tends to get clogged and will give you issues.

Do not buy an android multimedia. They're all chinese crap. Buy a proper 2 din pioneer multimedia, which will massively improve the sound in the car ( android multimediad don't have an amp)
@@kolobok3882 android gives way more features, I have many friends that were with pioneers at first but then switched to android and are more satisfied with them

Im thinking of buying a tdi golf, but Ive heard that they can be expensive to fix because of the engine. Have you had any expensive problems with yours?
If you choose the right engine it won't be that expensive. In my opinion the best options are 1.9tdi and 2.0tdi BMM, which is the 8-valve one. The 2.0tdi BKD 16-valve is known to crack the head and it gets pricey to repair, and the 2.0tdi BMN 170hp has issues with the injectors.

what a sick looking car, tbh the golf R's are amazing and all but u wont need that much power every single day, where i live, there isnt even proper roads to go above 120/130 kms, this would be more than enough
