RATING STRUCTURE:
DAILY DRIVER - easy to use, and convenient. consistent results.
WEEKEND POMADE - when you need your hair to be perfect. it's also consistent, hold is dependable, and product is convenient.
BACKUP POMADE- by no means a bad product, just might have a flaw or two that might not make it a primary product, but you need this on your shelf just in case, or works great as an alternate product.
LAZY SUNDAY- this is a simple product that has potential, might not have the hold or endurance for a night out, but it will be good enough for a day where you don't mind a few stray hairs.

Great review brother! I think your description was spot on. It really does feel like a good water based (e.g., Crystal Lake, O’douds Standard Pomade) mixed in with some matte paste, which brings in a little more hold and control. A little goes a long way too.

I like to spike my hair, but I have pretty thin hair and not a ton if it lol What would you suggest I use to get that long lasting sort of volume/spikiness to my hair? I currently use old spice putty, but I'm always open to better option
Well it does depend on your hair, and if you want shine, something that might work better than what you are using is a clay, or a paste. They are usually more grippy, low shine, and strong hold for shorter hair if you wanted to spike it, there’s options for sure Suavecito has a paste that works very well , bonafide has one with really strong hold, or more on the healthier for your hair side, O’Douds has an amazing paste. You can also go for your gel type pomades and those will give you strong hold and higher shine. I am currently reviewing imperial fiber pomade and that might be a more medium shine option, a video will be out on that very soon !
@@JayTheCyborg Hmmmm so many to choose from lol I'm not looking for very much shine, but definitely a good hold. I'm currently using a putty, and while it holds initially, it falls pretty soon after. I'm just not sure what to look for. Strong hold, but not much shine, and can preferably last
