    I was intrigued by the title and then the video was the typical vague stuff I can't really get a handle on. Seems to be kinda winging it. First of all Love is in the brain . Brain-dead people don't love. People with no feeling below the neck can be great lovers.

      What she is teaching does shift someone from a state of fear to a state of love if it is practiced enough. She is teaching one form of meditation where you bring your attention to the center of your chest area and then about 3 inches inside the body from the surface of the chest. It's roughly where the heart is. You can do other forms of meditation like body scan meditation or breath meditation and they will also shift you into a positive state of peace or joy or love if practiced consistently enough.
