One way to think about Yoda's force presence is to remember the proverb; when you stand upon the slope of a mountain, you cannot see the mountain, only the bit you are standing on. Yoda is a mountain in the force, from a distance you can see it but get too close and you can't tell where the force atunment of the local environment ends and Yoda's presence begins because his presence is just everywhere you can sense.

Just wondering if you have ever covered why Yoda leaves the fight with Sidious in Revenge of the Sith. He was notl losing so it's unclear why didn't stay and continue the battle.
@@steveeddy3605Basically they were at a stalemate, neither able to fully overcome the other, but Yoda's Ataru style is seemingly for winning a fight quickly, and he would weaken in prolonged battle.
So they stalemated, and while Yoda didn't lose before fleeing, he wasn't going to win, either. Either way, he viewed it as a failure in his own mind.
Plus that fall probably did a number on the old guy.

@lonestarwolfentertainment7184 I remember him saying that his dark side eclipsed sidious by miles. If he went dark, then he would wipe him no diff. I mean Yoda is over 900 years old so he would know the dark side well enough to scare dooku.

Why is this important? Because it is the same universe that has witnessed The Son, Abeloth, the World Razer an "eater of stars" and the Father of Shadows, the ultimate evil in Star Wars.

i think a very cool theory would be that yoda also mastered force cloak in that place. just as palpatine knew. it would be like a rademption for him, mastering what fooled them for so long and overcoming the mistakes the jedi council and himself did. but this is what i think it's possible
He is seeing a 2 foot tall green goblin demon, I will be afraid of him too if I saw him on that planet as well. Yoda went there used the force on the inhabitants to build his hut, and probably mind wiped them after and probably cooked the tiniest one for food

I feel there’s a lot more to Yoda than we even think. One thing that strikes me is there there has never been a dark side user from his species. So far as I know. I feel he may have some type of genetic immunity or natural resistance to the dark side based in his DNA. A natural affinity and connection to the light.
It's because of their aging process. They live for hundreds of years and see a lot of things, so they naturally have more experience in life than others, and realize that living as like an angry beast craving power is pointless. The Hutts also live 1000 years or so, but they have greed in their DNA, unlike Yoda species.
I remember watching a video not sure if it was cannon or not but it said why yoda’s species could never fall to the dark side.
As a jiujitsu practitioner, I imagine that Yoda might not even be that much stronger, inherently, than the other top-tier characters, it's actually that he's had enough time to practice his technique that it is absolutely perfect.

Fear is a strange reaction, and likely a sign of where Starkillers alignment lay. A true darksider would crave the power/challenge and a lightside user would seek wisdom or offer aid. That Galen (clone) doesn't know what to do shows his own confusion as he transitions from dark to light.
Isn't fear pretty normal for a Dark side user? They wouldn't throw their life away challenging someone they can't take.
Due to starkillers naturally light side lineage it's not a strange reaction. Both his parents were Jedi and he was going to be trained by his parents until game 1 happens, then when he speaks to his fathers force ghost he learns his past and returns to the light. He wasn't naturally atuned to the dark side and due to his training, he didn't understand the link between emotions and their associated alignment.
@@Poldovico the darkside trains one to turn fear into anger and hate. See Darth Bane: Path of Destruction where plenty of impetuous sith died trying to jump Lord Hoth.
If Starkiller (thinking as a sith) thought Yoda was a stronger dark sider he'd be cautous but wouldn't just panic and run away as he'd know better. If he thought Yoda was a stronger lightsider he'd be filled with hate and contempt.

Simply the life of it lets him blend in.
Life creates the force. That much life conceals him, and makes him stronger than he would be elsewhere.
yoda could be like tom bombadil. he was a an unique character where the one ring wouldn't affect him. it could be the same for a unique character like yoda where the "dark side nexus" wouldn't affect him the same way it does others.
Yoda is the only character who broke the fourth wall and achieved nirvana besides obi wan, anakin and qui gon

The first theory should get some more focus, as it nearly echoes Dooku's own thoughts towards Yoda, now I'm not saying he turned to the dark side but it's interesting two characters who are extremely skilled in the force had the same thought of the Jedi grandmaster.
And here I thought that 20 years exposure, plus hid advanced age, contributed to Yoda getting sick.
So, I'm not going to argue any of this, but it does seem weird. It makes some sense for Yoda to hide his great light within a massive, obfuscating darkness, but what was he really hiding from? How many of the Emperor's minions could actually sense Force signatures across cosmic distances? One would almost think he could have just spread it out, among other bountiful life, and shore that life up? A Even a bonfire doesnt show when within a forest fire. Where I'll go isn't canon, but then Force Unleashed isn't, so it should be fine. Palpatine seemed to have an almost unique ability to conceal his own Force sensitivity, and that he was steeped in the dark side; his own mentor, Darth Plagueis, commented on this, and implied that it wasn't something everyone could do, even with training, so if flimsy Inquisitors might be able to sense Yoda, even across the literal galaxy, why were the Sith; all of them, for a thousand years, able to mask their presence, even in close proximity? That Sidious could was fine; a bit of a one-off, but Plagueis could, while haing meals with Yoda, and Valorum, and Tenebrous did, and other Sith before them, and even if it was a secret of the Sith tradition, like Dun Moch, other Dark Side adepts weren't always noticed, either.
Unrelated, but then why did the vergence tell Luke that? Typically, they like to remind us that the Dark Side, as we get it, is evil, corrupting, and deceitful. I'd almost think that it would hide Luke's ultimate fate from him, and let him stumble down that path until he had slid too far to ever come back. Vader can be cool, but he'd hardly seem a good example to bribe the young Skywalker to embrace the Dark Side.

If Starkiller couldnt feel that Yoda was force sensitive from mere feet away, how could anyone else feel him from a different planet? He shouldnt have had to hide on a dark-side planet. Makes no sense. Plot hole.
If I'm blind and I can't see you because I don't have that sense, does that mean you're invisible? No. Starkiller was taught solely combative force usage to the point even sidious was jealous of his offensive force mastery, he didn't learn how to tell if someone was force sensitive. Also as Yoda is very strong in the light side of the force, him sitting next to a strong dark side nexus cancels each other out, meaning there's almost nothing to sense unless you know what you're doing, or deliberately searching for it like luke, vader etc would.
Funny how Starkiller didn't realize just how ridiculously GOOD Yoda was. Wonder if maybe Force Ghost Galen learned just how absurdly skilled Yoda was an was the 1 trump card that could overpower Sideous an easily Vader in either form an era he'd been shocked an all over Yoda begging probably for pointers advice an training ESPECIALLY so close to a Darkside nexus an feel NOTHING. Wouldn't starkiller know of yoda by either proxy or archives of old jedi that he studied because he would need to know who he would possibly need to face as an assassin and yoda being either dead or alive would be to important not to pass over in any sense

It was canon (part of the lore) when George Lucas owned star wars, but when Disney got hold of the rights, it was no longer canon (they took it out of the lore)

I can't help but think of the fools who want this video game to be canon. Luke's whole story is destroyed because not only does Starkiller make Luke look weak but also his story pointless. This is mostly head canon. Starkiller and Yoda met. They talked calmly with Yoda giving some sage advice and then Starkiller left.
He definitely was not a clone all the clones was a failure except the one sith clone that kills him if you choose the dark side at the ending of the game
From what we know, he was a clone. His birth date is said to be 6 months before the events of the game and I'm sure no 6 month old is beating vader to near death
