It is highly disappointing when a public event that is being enjoyed by many is interrupted in such an abrupt manner. While it is important to respect the needs of all attendees, including VIPs, it is not fair to halt an event that people have been looking forward to for the sake of a few individuals. The way the woman approached the situation, by shushing the attendees, was also disrespectful and could have been handled in a more professional manner.
In general, it is essential to strike a balance between accommodating the needs of all attendees and allowing everyone to enjoy a public event. A more proactive approach by the organizers could have avoided such a situation. They could have made announcements beforehand, informing everyone to keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing VIPs, or set up a separate area for them to enjoy the event without any disturbances.
Overall, it is unfortunate that an event that was supposed to bring people together was disrupted in this manner, and it is crucial to approach such situations with empathy and respect for all attendees.

It is extremely rude to interrupt a guest's interview and to announce to the crowd that you have to keep your voice down because SOME OTHER VIP GUEST is present as well.

They should have anticipated the response of the crowd and moved the event.
Their announcement demeans the guest as well.
Who cares about their "VIP"?
Pankaj ji is the VIP as far as we are concerned.
And moreover does it even make sense to ask 100s of ppl to stay silent for 1 other guest who isnt even present there?
What makes more sense? 1 adjusting for the hundreds or the hundreds adjusting for the 1?
