Damn dude those are impressive numbers for the mods. Might creep up on 500 hp/tq with long tubes and a tuning revision! I think that would be the first 392 car I've seen making 500 on the dyno without a cam or boost.
Yeah that’s what I would be going for as well. 500 is still a respectable number and still less traction issues than a hellcat haha. And it would be awesome to see without having to shell out 10 grand for boost or tearing into the engine to do a cam. Good stuff man, keep it up!
Sean will dial that bad boy in no doubt!! Love your videos, love the skatpack too. Almost 450 wheel with 4 doors and a warranty is awesome. Keep up the great work!
My Scat Pack 392 charger also sounds good especially the I installed Corsa extreme full Cat-Back system and I also went straight catalyst midpipe it sounds even louder
I tried to buy these same headers off of Corsa website and they told me that they don’t sell them anymore because of some kind of state law. I did get the cat back exhaust for my charger also and I got it installed at Maple Grove Auto where you go. Thanks for the reference they were awesome and did a fantastic job. I live about an hour from there in PA. Anyway, can you refer to me some decent headers to install on my charger since they don’t have them anymore. Thanks Bro.
Love your videos. I just bought a 21 T/A widebody Challenger in Gold Rush. I want to do some of the same mods to mine. I see your a 1st responder. Thanks for your service. I just retired from PSP myself and do part time Deputy work now. Keep the videos coming. 👍
Looking to do a DiabloSport 93 tune myself. I have to say it seems the bang for the buck is stick w/that. Sean's aka HemiFever" tune didn't seem to net much more than the DIablo canned tune. At least not worth whatever he would charge for it. $350+ for only 2+ Hp and less than 2 Tq gain? ..
Claiming 30+ hp gain on just intake and tune? Nooo. There's a $2000 cat back, an additional $500 Hemi Fever tune. Add in the Diablo ($500) and the intake ($400 area), and you spent $3500 for 30 horses. About $100 for each 1 hp.
Beast , love your channel I just purchased a 2020 triple nickel love it and your vids just wondering why you went with the open element CAI instead of the corsa power core closed air box intake?
@Beast projects: I’m hooked! I was looking for a YTer doing 3rd gen NA 6.4L Hemi mods and you’re it! I’m grateful you’re meticulous. Some tips to help your viewers chart your progress: at the end of a given dyno session, in addition to that session’s results, either verbalize, either list on screen or better still, in the notes. List each each session’s mods, the gains as you have plus total peak AND include the RPMsfrom previous sessions This is your third including the stock/base line measurements? Continue the great work and keep em comin’
People also forget that the 21hp gain that corsa advertised is most likely power gained at the crank and not at the wheels so 9whp gain is pretty accurate for just an intake and tune.
Bang for the buck is long tubes and a cam. Supercharged requires forged internals and that's just a rebuild at that point. Not to mention a transmission rebuild to handle the extra torgue. That's like 20k. I have a 2020 scat pack challenger and I wish it weren't so. The nature of the car is simply this, it is what it is.
Sean is a good tuner but email tunes sucks sometimes because you can’t do it on the fly so if you pay for dyno time and if it needs revised you gotta reschedule. He does a great job on his tunes
Nice ride...sounds badass...you should try jay's tune from greene racing...droped my time a full second on my 14 ram rt...my best time was a 12.78 on basic boltons cai, long tubes, Electric cutouts right after the headers and swap the big 22s to some 17s with slicks....100% recommend jay's tunes!
How did you keep your warranty, I’ve been told by dodge techs that the dealerships can tell even if it’s been re flashed to factory parameters. Are your service shops more relaxed on tuning? I’m in Ohio btw
The Mopar CAI isn't that great in my opinion. I also have a 19 Daytona 392 and took mine off in replacement for a hellcat airbox complete with inlet tube and K&N high flow filter.
How are you liking the hemifever tuning so far ? Was watching a vid comparing it to the Jay Green, and heard that they're about the same as far as what they do. But the customer service is supposed to be much better with the green, and would be the defining factor for me. I've got the Intune unit and work pretty good, but l'm also having a cam installed and will do a dyno tune then
I'm a little confused, I thought Dodge Charger v8 392 6.4 have 485-horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque from factory? Those number on your video are similar on top of all the mods. I'm just asking for self knowledge that's all. Thank you!
The answer is that aftermarket "performance" mods and tunes applied to these cars are a complete snake oil sham, a total waste of money, and, in most cases, actually decrease power output and, in all likelihood, will void the factory warranty. There are plenty of bone stock 392 Chargers and Challengers on TH-cam out of their break-in period, making corrected dyno numbers of over 500 horsepower at the crank. Regardless of the false advertising and hype, adding an overpriced, ineffective cold air intake system or deleting the mufflers & resonators will not result in any HP/TQ gains whatsoever and more than likely will cause a decrease. Doing those things makes the car louder and possibly in violation of noise ordinances in most jurisdictions. That's all. These cars come off the assembly line with parts precision engineered & tuned to produce the maximum optimal power output and efficiency. While it may have been true 15-20 years ago, in this day and age, there's no way the powertrain engineers at Dodge or any other performance vehicle manufacturer will leave any usable horsepower on the table for the aftermarket to exploit.
Come on man . I was seriously watching this tell you just tried to sell the corsa numbers . You will not pick up more hp and tq on an untuned vehicle then tuned . In fact you see little to no gain from a c.a.i without a tune .
Damn dude those are impressive numbers for the mods. Might creep up on 500 hp/tq with long tubes and a tuning revision! I think that would be the first 392 car I've seen making 500 on the dyno without a cam or boost.
I’m thinking long tube headers might be coming soon. I’m trying to hit that 500 mark with tuning & bolt ons.
Yeah that’s what I would be going for as well. 500 is still a respectable number and still less traction issues than a hellcat haha. And it would be awesome to see without having to shell out 10 grand for boost or tearing into the engine to do a cam. Good stuff man, keep it up!

Right on!
It’s weird how u put intake exhaust and a tune and it’s low on hp
Sounds amazing🔥🔥🔥, Ill be doing a cold air intake soon, SWOOSH, awesome content 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾.

There's a noticeable difference w/ Sean's TCM tuning....

Congrats! My thought process at the time was more air, but I would go with the closed box to keep the AIT down.

sweet sound....great numbers....you can see the power of the cat when he kicks down the gas....the car almost took off...lol
very helpful video great comparison thank you

I’m trying to get to 500 HP. We’re getting close, keep watching..
That exhaust sounds so mean!

Yeah, I totally agree & I'm running into that now.
That’s awesome. Sounds great and tons of power.
what did just the tuning add as far as HP/TQ gains

We’re running Sean’s (Hemifever) & I’m very happy with his thus far. Thank you 🙏🏻
Great great video. With tons of "useful" information. Stay safe. Triple
Thanks 🙏🏻

I don’t worry about warranties w/ my channel vehicles...
Have you ever considered a hellcat airbox and filter? I've heard of similar results or better. Curious to see what you think 👊
I heard about others using the Hellcat air box to keep the IAT down. I considered it, but decided to go the Corsa route & I'm glad that I did...
@@BEASTProjects it's definitely been cool seeing your build in progress man. You keep the videos to the point and no bs. Keep it up 👍
Great video
How much was the CAI and tune?
Thank you, all the info is in the video description.
BEAST Projects thx
Do you have stock headers on that’s a very impressive gain just on a CAI
Yup, stock manifolds
I have a '19 Daytona 392 and it comes factory with the mopar CAI, would you upgrade it to this one or leave it?
Tadd Mason leave it , I put it on my 392 Widebody
The Mopar CAI isn't that great in my opinion. I also have a 19 Daytona 392 and took mine off in replacement for a hellcat airbox complete with inlet tube and K&N high flow filter.
Duuuude! Sounds great and nice numbers. Stay safe, sort of glad I'm no longer a LEO with all this mess going around.
Thank you! Hopefully I can make it to 8/1/2000. haha
@@BEASTProjects You can make it standing on your head brother!
What is all done to your car in this video?
There's a whole playlist on the Channel dedicated the Charger. Check it out, everything we have done is documented.
can you add 2020 widebody and 305 tires
We have 315's now!

I'm really liking the Hemifever tuning and I have no complaints about the customer service. Sean always responds and answers my questions.
Single or twin turbskis over a S/C
I know its an old video but man . You can literally add fuel with a button push . I can hear its suffering from about 4500 to redline .
Dude I hate to say it but the flowmaster sounds a lot better. Yours sounds good but it's to loud for a family car for me
It's perfect for me, but it's not my daily driver.
Definitely not a family car just happens to be a 4 door sedan
So if the stock tune requires 93 octane fuel to begin with, then how does installing a Diablo 93 octane tune gain HP? 🤔
Is it oiled or dry filter?
Dry I believe
The power with fall as soon as they hit the road with the hood down!!🤦🏻♂️ all the hot air will just get sucked in fast.....
Snake oil on hot air ambient temperature when the hood is closed; That’s why is always better an enclosed “COLD “air intake…

The 485hp/475 are rated to the CRANK. The numbers he showed are the real actual numbers to the tire after drivetrain loss through the 8-speed Auto.
Thank you
@@dmcmix1340 oh got you now thank you.

Yeah, but close the hood and see what happens.
31 my butt, he cheated the dyno on last pull
First 😬👋🏻
If you tune this car through JAY GREENE RACING you’ll gain a lot more because jays tunes are better the the hemi fever tunes
Dude let me get a sandwich! 😂
Shut the hood. We don’t drive our vehicles with the hood open.
My Prius has more horsepower 😁
Let’s race
I’m almost done bolting up my eBay turbo . Then it’s on like donkey Kong
