Megan, question. Did this vitamin cause any kind of GI upset to your baby while you were breastfeeding and taking these? I seemed to have some issues with one vitamin (other brand) I was taking during the first 6 weeks postpartum and baby had lots of gas/discomfort issues. When I stopped taking them, she got better. I’ve heard of these vitamins for a while now and want to try them. Just wondering your experience. Thanks!
Not anything to do with the main subject of this video, but literally in tears over here listening to the first background song about God’s grace. I’m in a hard season with my 2.5 year old and almost 3rd trimester with my 2nd feeling like I can never keep up and make everything in my house run smoothly with such low energy & sickness. Thank you for reminding me I don’t have to do it alone 🙏🏼

My 1.5 year old hated bath time the first year! Yesterday wanted to change is a little bit so i let him sit in the kitchen sink...and voila...no tears...he liked it ♡ just like that... one whole year of screaming and now nothing... 🤔😆

I'm amazed by how much energy you have! I know we only see some parts of your life here but it's always so energetic. I guess being about 10 years older makes you 10 years more tired 🤣 One thing that really changed things in my evening routine was filling up the kettle. Mornings with a toddler are much easier when you can just flip the switch.
It seems like a long time ago when the children were small … like yours, such a fun busy time. The days are long but the years are short. They really are. I like how your children dig in and eat. Mostly ours did too. And the Bible story my husband did the same. It really does start a good foundation for children to have those ancient Biblical stories read. Now in the evening after dishes I grab a quick shower (in the summertime I take a walk after supper but now I do that earlier) then I make a large cup of tea and sit and relax with a book or play my wordle if I forgot in the morning .ha and watch TH-cam videos… I really do relish this time of quiet after years of the house ringing with children and now it still does at times with grands but they go home again. God is so good if we put him first isn’t he?
I do identify with all you said! The days are long and the years short for sure. My girls are 36 and 40 with their own children. I hear daily how they appreciate me now that they see how difficult it rewarding being a parent is! 🙏🏻

I wish we could be friends in real life - Lancaster County seems like such a wonderful place, where everyone is always spending time together and hosting and things like that! I live in southern Indiana, and people are much more “to themselves” and not really spending so much time with one another. I know we’re seeing a more “generated” version of your life here on TH-cam, but still!! I couldn’t make my life look like this if I tried lol.

My evening routine. I get off work at 6:30 or later. I eat. Then I do errands or programs at night like church stuff, which has been 3 nights a week, finish at 9PM, then the gym from 9-11PM and that b includes a shower then home for snack, dog walk, bed at midnight and am sitting in my chair tethered all day to the computer and phone at 8:30am the next morning. I have a two hour lunch so that is a dog walk, cooking and eating and cleaning up. I usually go to the laundry mat or wash the long haired dog or get gas and wash my car on lunch break as well. I am exhausted from talking all day at work so on the weekends I don't even look at a phone. I wish I had more time to be creative and clean but work clearly takes up most of my time.

Happy is all we can ask for in life and your family makes you so happy...Peace to you, in all you do... I received my planner and I love it! My son is a few weeks younger than Miller and last month he went through what I like to call a “water boycott” 😂 He loves the water normally, but during that short two week period, swim class was miserable and baths were even worse! Thank God it didn’t last long! Hopefully that’s the case for you too!
My nights are busy with house work till about 7. Then its devotions as a family and bed by 8 for the children. By 8 I am ready as well and my hubby and I will sit and watch a tv show then bed. I do pickup my house in the evenings, it makes me feel more calm in the mornings.
I leave my house in various phases of untidy every night. As long as dinner is cleaned up, I’d much rather do the cleaning during the day and rest at night after the kids are in bed
Only thing missing on the quesadilla is the quacamole....blessed to have a few avacado trees an abundance of tomato plants year round...and an addiction to growing garlic...
2/3 of mine have been scared of baths at that age. I just run it and wash them next to it then eventually they get back in. I have no idea why it happens but if you don't make a big deal it ends fairly quickly.
Some children become scared of the bathtub when they see the water go down the drain. They’re afraid they might go down. We’re retired so I won’t give you our evening routine. I think you do an amazing job!

It’s so funny that you mentioned the dinner time drink! Here in Australia it’s super common to not have anything specific drink wise with dinner or to just have water. I stayed with an American family for a few months at the end of highschool and was shocked when they brought out a big ol’ carton of milk and 3 different kinds of nesquick! 😂😂

Have you thought about what hobbies or sports your kids will do?? This could be a chat video for you. Our kids were kids in the 80's & started playing soccer & basketball once they started school.. also they did gymnastics from age 7 then all 3 ( 2 boys & you ngest girl) all did tap dancing & jazz ballet. ( i was running a dance school but sent them to others to learn) the boys did 2 yrs of tap but one lasted 4 yrs as by then he realized he was the only boy in the class an d felt odd !! Funny he didnt notice for the other 2 yrs!!! Our daughter danced forever & got a teaching degree in dance, sports ; German. I found that doing Gym messed up family meal times alot..involved 2 hr sessions then overl apped each age group. My Mum helped alot with transport!! So choose activiiti es not just for their Immediate age but as they age an d move into a diff time slot..it affects eating together. Are you as Mennonites allowed to do dance class?? And would they wear leotards with ski rts over t he top?? Night routines change alot once all 3 in school..thats for sure!! We never had the luxury o f school bus pickup!( im in Australia) kids walked or rode to school with us the Parents Great video

Generally it's when they surrender their life to the Lord, in submission to Him, they start covering their head. 1 Corinthians 11
In the Mennonite community I came from it typically came with marriage or baptism.
Apparently they start practicing at 5 years old, covering their heads with the dinner plates while setting the table 😊. So cute.
