Never, EVER sign over your assets to your children!! Make contracts with your attorney present, that they have the authority to run your business/es and handle your money for you. Your attorney will be monitoring their every move every so often, so there's no embezzlement of any kind involved!!! Make sure to include in your contract that in the event of your and your spouse's death, where all your assets will go. Your attorney will hold copies of ALL titles to every house, business, bank information and land that you own so none of your kids and/or spouse will be able to manipulate any documents without both of you in your attorneys presence. You hmong ppl need to be more smart instead of blindly trusting your kids. Even if they are your kids and you've raised them from birth, they can turn on you at any given time, at any moment!
