    A glitch in the matrix means that we're aware of the "Analysing!" message at 40 seconds in, we tried to correct it by uploading another version, but more gremlins meant that it didn't work. Don't let that distract you from enjoying another episode of All The Stations! Thanks.

    4:19, wow, this Class 465 is giving it some when pulling out of Woolwich Dockyard, or is it clever editing? Yet its so good.

    Question - is there ever going to be a longer version of All The Stations where we can actually find our own favourite station and then see footage of you going there? My station is East Dulwich, and I was looking forward to seeing that one on this episode, but it cut straight from Tulse Hill to Peckham Rye. Understandable, as the episodes are just the right length and interesting as a result, but being able to see the longer versions would be nice too.

    Take a train to/from London Bridge on the closest lines to where Geoff was standing at 6:38 (platforms 1,2 and 3 at London Bridge (for Cannon Street)). Is that the remains of the abandoned station between London Bridge and New Cross/Deptford?

    That's normal for me 2 trains an hour in Oxfordshire

  • @ianmcclavin
    @ianmcclavin 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    They've certainly knocked the guts out of Abbey Wood station haven't they? There's virtually nothing left of the old station now. The two "outer edge" platforms have been replaced by an island platform for South Eastern services, and a second island platform is now being installed as the "Elizabeth Line" terminus. (I think I prefer the "Crossrail" name too Geoff). Be nice when finished.
    Also, I'm hobbling around with a bad leg at the moment, so whilst at Abbey Wood station recently I opted to use the temporary lift. It's very slow, and you have to hold your finger on the "ascend" button for the whole duration, else the lift stops!!

  • @S404_44

    The logo covered up at 5:06, is it the Overground Network? And by the way, in another video I saw that at Spa Road just around the corner, there are still the bricked up Booking Office windows, sadly you didn't see them.
