I can tell he’s not natural by 1 thing: He’s more ripped than me. The 1 rule of natural-ness is “If someone is more ripped, stronger, or bigger than me, they’re on copious amount of supraphysiological androgens.”
This is so true, when I was in my 20s my test levels naturally were through the roof, once I realized that diet was helpful I started packing on the muscle, not a day went by in the gym where someone didn’t ask me if I was on juice lol, funny thing I wasn’t even that shredded, just thick and strong with a slightly visible 6 pack, that’s when I realized most people use others steroid use as a crutch for why they don’t look as good

My favorite things I've learned from this channel over the last couple years is A: deep stretch under tension B: milk the eccentric I love how they emphasize it every session and its been great for my gains. Question about the barbell row form- Look up with your head tilted back or neutral spine looking at the ground slightly in front of you? Does it matter? Whatever is comfortable? He does both in this video, but is one "more correct" for injury prevention/proper form?
Whatever is comfortable is probably the best answer. I don't think looking up on rows is an issue. It could actually help you keep your chest up and not completely round over

100% natural physique. He’s lean and in between shows but this is a nice natural obtainable physique. Genetics will vary this but take note of what it looks like if you’re a young teenager and naive to who is and what it looks like. RP has zero reason to lie or jeopardize their integrity to being someone on that is a fake natty.
I appreciate the emphasis on the technique and that lowering the weights but perfecting the movement while maintaining the intensity threshold is key to success. Especially when youre natural at such low bodyfat %. Huge kudos to you guys. Cant wait how to see how Marvin will look like when he loads up on carbs for stage day.
At @5:20, was that subtle disagreement between Jared and Mike on the force curve stuff with loading the different weight pegs on the row machine? Glad to see the boys are not just dogmatically following one train of thought on everything.
Marvin is a beast. I am 46 years old and have never really trained properly for Hypertrophy, started 3 years ago and discovered Dr Mike and Jonni as my go to. Have cut 40lb of fat and put on some decent muscle all natural, been offered SARMS, TEST VAR etc etc, been tempted but had my T levels tested which are good for my age thought if I am still making gains even if slow what's the point?Basically been busting my ass, and have proven that even at an older age you can build muscle, but have come to the realisation its definitely a marathon. My problem is overtraining as actually like training to failure (still maintaining form) and the crazy easy deload after around a 6 week block has now become my sticking point so just tell myself it's a form practice week not a deload and accept that it's physically easy but keep strict mental focus.
