12:15 This reminded me of something one of my buddies I used to do power lifting and spartan race like things with loved. We used to do this workout he called "7's", where the idea was to put 135 on the bar and then do 7 deadlifts, 7 bent over rows, 7 hang cleans, 7 front squats, 7 push press, 7 back squats, 7 behind the neck press. Where you'd do it as one complete set where you're not allowed to put down the bar until you complete all 7 lifts and then the goal was to do this a certain amount of times in 30 minutes, I think like 5 was the goal(maybe supposed to be 7 and we just weren't good enough, this was a while ago so I cant remember for sure). It was a killer, more of an endurance and resilience training workout than actual strength training, but it definitely got the heart moving and was a good "no this doesn't suck, THAT sucked" thing to look back on when we were really sucking during a competition.
Video idea: Why some excersises are better than others for different people? For example, skullcrushers leave my triceps sore for days, while rope pushdowns or dumbell overhead extensions feel the next day like I didnt excersise. What is the magic/mechanism behind that?

Mike your are a crazy funny bastard 😅😂😂😂 I shared that with some people… OhMyGoodness that was Awesome!! You made my day brotha!!! 😂😂
This was so much fun. Thank you for making me laugh.
Wouldn’t it be awesome if Dr. Mike was able to interview a celebrity and their trainer about the workouts he reviewed?
The only problem is most trainers and celebs don’t want to get flamed like that lol so they won’t give him the opportunity.
Mike, this is hilarious.
As always, great content, but this one had me rolling.
The whole fish talking thing is a part of the show The Boys 😂 they have an Aquaman-like character
Thanks for the info on hernias. I have an umbilical hernia and some diastasis in my upper abdominals thats getting repaired in a few weeks.
Would love to see a collab with Magnus Midtbø some time. Guy is an amazing climber and super fit, would be great to see him run through the gambit.
This video killed me 😂 just when I thought Dr Mike can’t go even more Dr Mike he says “hold your Guinness” and does it again 😃
You're so funny! The scrunchy on Jasons wrist is hilarious. So secure in himself
Video idea: Why some excersises are better than others for different people? For example, skullcrushers leave my triceps sore for days, while rope pushdowns or dumbell overhead extensions feel the next day like I didnt excersise. What is the magic/mechanism behind that?
It’s probably due to your execution.
Literally had to turn this off on the treadmill at the gym because I kept cheesing and laughing like an idiot. Thanks Mike
