- Decided to fit the mugen style rear wing to the Honda Civic fn2 type r and make an instructional video.

I've had mine for 2 years only just the Wang getting fitted Monday can't wait they look great on the fn

OG SIPD12 yeah it's vynl wrap. You can buy them pre cut to shape on eBay. Just type in fn2 rear light cluster

Ive just bought a civic type r gt 2007 and desperate for one of these spoilers but everyone on ebay isnt clear whether it will fit or what condition it comes in. I need it to be black and then thanks to this vid i can fit it myself. Please help

I'm not the biggest fan of the fn2 look but the mugen style spoiler does make it a little tasty!

+Brad Brown cheers for the support man. Glad you found the vid helpful. Yeah I agree the rage alloys do look lots better. The only thing that stopped me is the cars don't handle as well on them expecially on track days. But they do look cool as !!
Stealth Brotherz no problem bro. Yeah true but I don't reckon the difference would be to dramatic in comparison to what you would gain in looks, some one will probably comment and prove me wrong though haha
Brad Brown yeah I'd say for my day to day driving looks outweigh the performance hands down.... if I'd bought one with the rage alloys on I certainly wouldn't swap them for the ones I've got now lol 😂

Price on the tires for rages are not worth it lol. Less handling too. I sold rages for standards

Hi john. Did you use tiger seal mate as I've got get a new piece of plasttiglass fitted so i need to toke the spoiler off. Did u find that you needed to cut the sealant when removing the wing. Good videos mate

What size and length are the bolts in the middle
really good video, have you spray tinted your rear indicators? i know the middle cluster has vinyl on it, i have been looking to get a fugen spoiler my self, i have the seeker style one on my car at the momment, keep up the videos

the mugen one is really nice but the area i live in sooner or later some one will try and ripp it off,

Nice tutorial video but damn that's expensive if it cost around £500, I would have wanted it fitted for that price too, a mate of mine paid £125 for a brand new replica Mugen spoiler unpainted off Ebay and only paid £170 to have it painted and fitted...
Do you know how I would fit one of these spoilers to a 2007 type s gt? I think drilling the 4 holes into the plexi window will be pretty straight forward but what about the bolt on either end and the cross head screw at either end? Or does the type s already have them?
Chris Morris not 100% sure in the correct way mate. Most use tiger seal to hold it fast.

Hey I've got a mugen rep spoiler I was just wondering where you are based to as I dont have a clue how to fit it it will be going on a 1.8 5 door so will need to drill holes

do you know how to remove the clear perspex panel under the spoiler? I mean the clear section onto which your black spoiler attaches to?
I need to remove mine to have it re coated as the clear cost is peeling for some strange reason?

+Luis Fernandes hey mate. Yeah if its an fn2 the fittings are universal. Ive seen them be fitted on the fn1 type s also.

+Brad Brown phone around bro. You never know you might get a surprise price down your ends. I had mine sat in the garage for 2 months till I got it sprayed keep saving is worth the wait. But what ever you do don't try it your self 😂😂 unless your a pro lol

Can you do a speaker install video front and back as the fn2 speakers are piss poor.
bruce L very late reply, but change the amplifier not the speakers and you should notice a fair difference :)
bruce L was also meant to put the head unit, the speakers aren’t that bad but the amplifier and head unit will make a much bigger change
