    What do you struggle with the most on pull-ups? What other body weight exercise progressions do you need help on?

    Great video! Another exercise I would add is reverse ez bar curls. One of the weakest muscles in the pull-up chain is the brachioradialis (the backside if the forearm) and aside from pull-ups, there are few exercises that really work that muscle. Keep up the great content.

      Great suggestion! I wanted to add Australian pull ups too, but it made the video too long.
