You may be getting referrals and not even know

It has come to my attention that some people have been learning that they are getting referrals from PsychologyToday, but the referrals are not actually coming through. They are finding this out by looking at their PsychologyToday analytics and realizing there are contacts that don't actually come to their email or phone. In this video I give some reasons why and ways you can fix it.
