I'm strongly considering cancelling my Alma membership. Headway's reimbursements are slightly lower, but I'm not paying a monthly fee... and I use Simplepractice as my EHR. I haven't gotten any referrals from Alma. and now that Headway offers multi-state licensure... I'm prob gonna cancel Alma.

I’m glad that I continued to pay for my own HIPAA compliant version of Zoom. I prefer zoom because I can share worksheets and clients can now “write” on them. I have several whiteboard templates saved, like the DBT behavior chain analysis, wise mind, etc. that both the client any myself can write and take notes on during sessions.

I've been told a thousand times to "niche it up" with respect to my profiles and I have tried to, specifically on PT and Alma, trying to write specific populations I specialize in. However, I don't seem to be getting referrals from those clients but rather more general issues. Do you have a video on practical examples on how to emphasize your niche area in profiles?

What happens to the insured client's access to care when supervisory billing ends and the supervisee is fully licensed? Does the client have to pay OON until the now fully licensed therapist becomes credentialed with their health insurance? I cannot find any information online that describes what happens next.

I sit for my licensing exam at the end of next month. Is this something I could start doing now to get the ball rolling? Or should I wait until I pass?

Mike Cardillicchia made me reschedule with a different colleague, the system bounced me back to him but for weeks later, he said he’d check on it but is “very busy” and now has stopped answering me. I tried to get a different meeting set up in their website under a different email address and the system said “we’ll get back to you” rather than letting me set a time/day like the first time around…
