ਬ੍ਰਿਟੇਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਵੇਕਲਾ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਲੱਭਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉੱਥੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੋਂਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੈ ‘ਸਿੱਖ ਕੋਰਟ’। ਇਸ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਿਰ, ਵਕੀਲ, ਬੈਰਿਸਟਰ ਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਮੋਹਤਬਰ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਇਹ ਕੋਰਟ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਹੈ, ਕਿਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਇਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੀਮਾਵਾਂ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ।

ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਲਾ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੋਰਟ ਬਣਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਏ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਕੁਝ ਕੇਸ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ , ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਮਾਨਤਾਵਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਫਿਰਕੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਾਨਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ।
