Problem is that results in coldness/numbness on a certain level deep down, such that men start to Not Care, and that's how they end up committing suicide or committing the kinds of crimes that get them significant prison sentences, or they often finally give in and start self-medicating with alcohol which is a slow death. The 'bury it' badass stuff is appropriate for adolescence, for sure, but then you've got to move on and mature. It kind of feels like we're witnessing Sean move forward, in real time, especially with the Theo podcast incident. I imagine it's super helpful, vicariously, for lots of other dudes out there who are really hurting but don't have this outlet/celebrity.

Yeah I'm in a recovery program now but my only problem is I don't like to take my whole prescription with me on the road because I don't want to get tempted to take too much and ruin what I'm doing. So my issue right now is I'm out way longer than what I expected to be so I had to cut what I had way down at least until I can get home. It's so weird how hearing encouragement from total strangers like this can really make you feel strong when you thought you were not doing so well. Now I have 3 days left until I'm home and I know I'll make it. I mean it thank you so much
