Yes, definitely not worth the fare. Keep in mind this video is simply to show how it works. Not what jobs you should accept or deny. I find most deliveries are not worth the time and effort. That's another video for another time. In some markets, people may tip better than they do in my area, so I don't want to discourage the general watcher of the video from trying Uber eats/deliveries.
