This has to be the future of 3D printing. I can imagine one day in the future these types of 3D printers will be small and cheap enough for consumers.

Found it, Shapeways offers this printer so you can just pay for the print of you want to try it. It’s under “material jetting” choose “high definition full color”
There’s a data sheet in there, I can confirm Shapeways says they’re using this particular printer model.
I’m interested to try it as it may be a long long time for a consumer version
The market pressure for a consumer version will be quite high, perhaps another company will clone the Mimaki technology from Asia. Congratulations Genius Mimaki!

Low budget in this sector is like $30,000USD. Wait 3 to 4 more years, as 3D jet printer's parents begin to expire, $6,000 machines might start to come out.
