I ordered a Sand Viper yesterday. This will be my new runner/basher. I'm really looking forward to it because they're really hard to get at the moment.

I quite like these. Bought one for my youngest boy years ago. He still has it. Once you get the pre-load on the shocks sorted out it's quite a planted chassis/car.
    Also, great value.

@@TAMIYALegends Totally agree bud 😍😍😍 With the ball diff and MS shocks, tie rods, anti roll bars. Makes a great buggy into a dare say a iconic one. Especially when it's running a light brushless combo. Got a 2700kv/ 60amp combo on 2s with a 19t pinion runs 30mph which to me is perfect for the buggy. I had a 3300kv in it before and turning was a chore..lol A lot of push in the front so it was more wide drifts then turns😂

Currently going over my Sand Viper, cleaning, tightening screws and such. Something is wrong with the servo now apparently, it worked earlier but needed a tightening of the servo saver screw. Now, turning right works but turning left gives weird sounds from the servo at max steer. Ok, I checked the length of the steering links which should be 75 and 52 mm respectively and they are. After a while the servo behaves even stranger! Now it started to gradually "tick" to the right, like a clock, and then back to center. What could be wrong? It"s a Futaba s 3010.

WOW Glenn that sand viper has really got some speed and goes really well. Did you say it was a Super stock RZ motor and 2s lipo? I just today picked up a Hornet from my local shop and am planning a Tamiya GT Tuned motor and 2s lipo.mainly because I'm not at all a fan of nickel metal hydride batteries and their low run time and their weight and lack of performance. Lovely little Sand Viper their Glenn 👍👌
