I couldn't sleep, so I turned on this podcast that TH-cam had been pushing to me for a few days. Usually, insomnia sucks, but I really gained something from this. It was really incredible to listen to Bert be so vulnerable, and he gave some insight that I'll use in my life going forward. Neal seems to be a great interviewer too.

Neal calling Bert "Lenny from Of Nice and Men" and then immediately making Tom the George character shows just how fast his brain works. Absolutely hilarious reference.
