1995 BMW R100RT Classic - Alternator AC Output Test

Testing the bike's alternator for good AC current output. Disconnect the diode board from the three AC spade connectors on the alternator itself. Connect an AC voltmeter over each two of the three connectors. Just above tickover, you should be getting around 13 VAC on the meter if all is well.
