The Ego Death album was a highlight in 2015 for me. I admire the musicality the band brings as well as Syd's cool vocals. As an independent artist, I always resonated with this song because it speaks to that hunger and drive to make it as well as having the confidence in yourself to assure anyone around you that you will indeed breakthrough and be successful. This is a dedication to the dreamers, creatives, ambitious introverts, and black sheeps that's ever been doubted. You got it under control, we got it.
