Automatics we're made for ppl like me who get tired from driving after like an hour (mostly anxiety and my arms & legs aren't even) so having to switch gears repeatedly would either make me more tired or more distracted and ultimately crash🙅🏽♀️ God bless automatics
Just bought a 14’ GT/CS premium 26k miles. Had to drive 14 hrs and trailered her home. I just about gave up on the 13-14’s and settled for a S550. Then the 14’ showed up on FB. Just love the S197’s. I haven’t even played with all the fun stuff inside yet which is why I’m watching this video.
I have a 2014 GT too. And when I have a full fuel tank, It shows that I can only go for 180 miles or sometimes 150 when the thank is full. Why is that? I know it should be something around 250-310 miles of range when the fuel tank is fully.
@@victorf.4599 Mustangs have always been my favorite car My 1st car was an automatic V6 Mustang after that I went manual and never looked back Manual is handy in this situation because you have complete control of your RPM’s For better gas mileage up shift around 3000rpms For fast driving you should be shifting out at higher RPMs which burns more gas On the high way get into 5/6th as soon as possible and cruise Avoid idling for long periods of time, number one gas guzzler in this type of car.
@@Rafaahh I love it...5.0 is legendary, but just fyi, no matter how good a driver you are, the mt82 is gonna make some fuckin noise. I drive it daily for the summer and my car is loud, AND I have a spec clutch in there, but it’s still loud as shit. I don’t have the money for a full t56 mag XL swap, but imma do that before I boost it.
im getting mine in a few weeks, sadly no manual second hand mustangs where i live =( but i think at least i rest knowing its harder for this one to have those cursed problems the manual has still i would have gotten one if available. i wont get manual but at least y will get Borla Exhausts as consolation price
Chaotic 5.0 if I find an empty road, haha. Also saw your other vid on the instrument cluster lens. Thought mine was the only one with the weird defects. Might take care of that shortly after seeing how easy that was.

Never knew mine had a sport mode with traction control. But since I've been away from my car for a while i have a question about it. Does the steering feel any different than if you just selected sport steering in the settings?
What is a ballpark figure for swapping out all interior plastics with carbon fiber. I know it will not be cheap and I'm just asking for a basic opinion nothing indepth or anything. Thanks.
@@S197GT14 I think I found the answer to my question what I was asking was does the car have electric servos steer the car electronically. What I found is that it uses an electric pump for the steering fluid reservoir
The screen in mine came factory but American muscle has an OEM style one that is almost exactly the same, I might also recommend phoenixautomotiveinc.com. They have a 12” Tesla screen that’s a direct replacement for the 11-14 infotainment system

@@S197GT14 hahaha any suggestions on what to do to it first? exhaust and window tint is first on my list. It's already tuned in 93 octane. the previous owner used to have a supercharger on it but took it off sadly... he said it was a cobra killer

@@S197GT14 I believe this one has a 302 boss intake manifold on it aswell. The guy I am buying it from has done A LOT to it. I want to put lowering springs on it too. If you want better gas mileage keep your RPMs between 2K and 3k

The sport steering is going to be the exact same either way, but sport is a lot different from standard and comfort
