- Hi everyone! This video is a vinyasa flow class that leans towards an intermediate level. Great to develop strength, stability, and open hips and hamstrings! This is appropriate for all levels, just make sure to modify where and when you need. Enjoy your practice!
Remember that yoga is first and foremost a non-harming practice. Listen to your body, trust your intuition, and modify the practice where it makes sense to do so.
