I have, since watching this video, purchased the "steel dive puck" version. The bracelet was the same as this one and I've replaced it with a shark mesh. The bezel is exceptional, tight and crispy. The whole watch is fantastic actually. Smooth and so comfortable at the price.
Addiesdive MY-H6 Just delivered £43 sterling Inc free delivery! Bezel spot on crisp and firm. Cannot fault anything other than perhaps the strap - changed it! Took it to 74 metres on an aircraft wreck off Kas, Turkey yesterday - superb dive and superb watch it performed as a dive watch should, my back up was a Suunto Stinger dive computer and of course my dive team! I should also point out I am a professional diver (ex Royal Navy Chief Clearance Diver).
This is sold now as an Addiesdive, the exact same watch!

The bezel is fixed these days, but the bracelet is still the same, so i put it on a strap.

Just stumbled across this video as I am waiting the delivery of my Addiesdive puck 1000M which I bought for $68. How on earth is this watch $800? Well, I guess a pressure test would decide that but I don't have the means. Looking forward to comparing and contrasting what I bought with this watch. Thanks Chris. I'm now subscribed.
I just purchased the addiesdive version of this same watch for $ 150.00 dollars from Amazon. Replaced the bracelet to a quick release silicone strap, this watch is a strap monster, the ss bracelet makes it to heavy ! Also the lume is fantastic !
I just bought that watch on the Aliexpress March sale for $70 and my first thought was I'd have paid twice that for one of those. I love the thing!

Probably the same watch you can find on aliexpress, if you order a few they can put your own logo on the watch which is probably what Wancher did. I bought this same watch for under 200 dollars and is literally the same one even to the loose bezel action. It is an homage to the Halios Puck which was a bit bigger at 48mm

Same as a few others here. I purchased the Addiesdive MY-H6 “Puck” homage. Looks exactly like this, built like a tank, and has a Seiko NH35 in it. 1000m diver for $70, during this last AliExpress sale. Also, the bezel on my watch is perfect! Again, all for $70….

The puck design is interesting... sort of... but.... $800? For an NH35? Really??? With a HORRENDOUS bezel action!!?? Give me a Zelos Hammerhead 2 for hundreds less. You could have a Zelos Abyss 3, a 3000m diver for less. Even my Zelos Thresher 500m GMT (with a Swiss ETA movement!) was less or the same money at launch than this, and the bracelet on that is fantastic! Give me a Phoibos or Helm diver over this too!

Forgot to mention that the bezel on the steel dive is much better and tighter, how can they stuff that up. Don't really get where they are going with this one apart from nowhere.

I know I am coming late to this, but I am glad this watch was reviewed so I could decide whether I wanted the Steeldive SD-1976. As others have pointed out, this is mostly likely that watch with a changed logo.

Manchester Watch Works (a micro-brand from Vermont!) had something almost exactly the same as this design at less than half the price of this Wancher diver!
Nice watch. We have established that it is a re badged steel dive. Bracelet even worse. That it is ridiculously way over priced, homage to the beautiful German Damasko which no body mentioned.
But with a name like "Wancher" it would have to desperate times to buy one. Great review,

Chris, I think you hit the nail on the head. Why? This watch makes no sense at that price point. Maybe $200, but that would be pushing it. I almost feel like they are trying to cash in on the fact that it resembles at Marine Master. Thanks for the video bud!

They are a microbrand offering good specs, but does not justify $800. You're competing with the Swiss brands and mid tier Seiko for that price. Even for $400, you're competing with more established microbrand like Zelos and Borealis who offers similar, if not better specs.
Yea and this is no where near the quality of say a Tissot seastar which can be had for 500$
