Me and my wife when fighting in lair we applied +2 to ALL banes(not only story banes). There was lizard summoning skeleton and barrier summoning undead(everything summoned +2), we both died and we were wondering why this lair is so hard. Thanks for videos Dale, while watching your gameplay I realized our mistake :) Keep uploading.
@Jelly5o9 Some missions are way harder than others, especially if your pair of heroes have similar stats. Glad I could help, just note, I make a few mistakes here and there. I believe I have all the core game done, and most of the expansion. Enjoy, and good luck!!
@@DaletheCasualGamer I'm just "running the game", which was still pretty fun, since we have 5 people total. They chose merisiel, fumbus, seelah, and seoni. Unfortunately they ran out of hours and lost but they had a lot of fun so we're gonna try again next time.
I’ve only played this version with a group once, and we ran out of time too. And if your story banes are all near the bottom of the deck, that’s going to happen! Glad everyone had fun!
Some advice for you. With a larger group you need to be using your blessings mainly to cycle through the location decks quicker otherwise you will run out of time frequently. Rule of thumb: the more players, the more you need to cycle decks quickerlow amount of players. you need to save your blessings and ally's to help succeed at difficult checks
FYI ... mistakes were made when I originally created the “vault”. I should not have level 2 cards in any decks yet. This will be corrected in the next play-through. Thanks for watching!
Actually - in the core set you should have all boons from the core set 2 & 3 in your vault. The catch is- you can't keep any boon above the adventure in your character decks level at the end of the adventure. Banes are are equal to the adventure level.
Just a tip for your playthroughs: it's easy to forget the static modifiers you have on any given roll so a tip i picked up was to use a d6 with pips on it of a different color to sit there by your character with the number of your static mod face up on the dice. Making it a distinctly different style and color helps you remember and not roll it
Not sure if it's possible to retroactively add corrections, but before you encounter the kobold champion I believe you are supposed to summon an ancient skeleton. Keep the videos coming, I am loving the playthroughs as I am playing my first acg campaign and using this to help me properly understand the rules setup etc
Thanks! I’m done with the Dragon adventure (hidden mistakes included), and have just started the curse of the crimson throne. Hopefully there will be less “forgetfulness”, but no promises. ;)
@Renato Ap. Currently doing good, and hope you are too! The location stacks will be randomized, but cards I collected from the previous playthrough can remain in my deck as long as you keep to your allowed cards for your starting deck. Hope that helps, and good luck in your adventures!
Doing this now and it's frustratingly hard, doesn't help that my dice seems unable to roll anything but 1's or 2's either. :P First two scenarios passed OK, reasonably hard/easy, this one feel almost impossible with all lvl 1 banes.
Really been enjoying the art work for this game.
I've been a fan of Pathfinder RPG art in general. :)

I'm loving these videos! Thanks so much for uploading them. My friends and I are about to start playing and this has been a helpful tool in learning.
Thanks so much! I'm glad they have been helpful! Let me know which characters you choose and how your adventure goes!

VonChoker Good advice, thanks!
I did enjoy the video; also, like your setup with the card holders--UberStax
UberStax for the win!! :)

@@lauriehamilton6271 Thanks!
Yeah, I was wondering about that Shock Glaive. I keep higher level items out of my vault for just this reason.

Yep, I also do this

Not just an Ancient Skeleton, EACH character must summon it.
This scenario was a ridiculou jump is difficulty.
Can you make a video on how you do setup. I dont understand how you make it.
I sure can! Actually a set-up video was already on the to-do list ... and should be posted tomorrow. Thanks!
Hello Dale, how are u doing? One nippon question ... The cards u had from last locations, u still with ?

Oooooo helps a lot thank you so much aaaand stay with your videos .... They are really cool
How many packages of uberstax does it take to make each of your displays
Each pack comes with six pieces, so about a pack per stand for this game.
How could you have a lvl 2 weapon this early on?
Mistakes were made. ;) Vault setup allowed them, and I kept it from previous scenario , and it should have been returned to the vault.
at 11:50 you could not have used the Covering Shield for you used a 2 handed weapon for combat.
Good catch ... rookie adventurer mistake. :)
@@DaletheCasualGamer though as you played you noticed that you couldn't used 2 hand weapons with the shield on later combats.

Sounds like it time for a dice upgrade ... and blessings. Good luck!
