The Windmills of Kinderdijk - an Illuminated Fairytale

Previously I have taken you to Kinderdijk, the home of 19 incredibly photogenic windmills. However, during this tour, we will see the windmills in a 'new light' as, for a limited time only, the windmills will be lit up as I paddle by them in my kayak.
All 19 windmills will be illuminated with their own individual spotlights, just as the sun sets and the autumnal darkness takes over the vast Dutch skies. There’ll be even more shimmering reflections, more magical mills and even more of a fairytale landscape. Even if the weather is typically Dutch, we should get some incredible postcards and reflection shots.

What better way to see the Kinderdijk windmills than from your kayak - first at sunset and then as the illuminations gradually came on. So different from previous years, but again absolutely magical - and perfectly captured as always. Thank you.
