A different style of presenting tech. Great video .
This is the first year where the gap between pro and non pro is the closest; excluding the 5x zoom of the max (of you even want that.. considering 3-4.9x looks considerably worse than the regular pro). Pro motion I always have off on my 13P to save battery- so I won’t miss that. Pro log id never use. Um.. I prefer the 26mm of the regular 15 to the 24mm on the 15pro.. like by a lot. Couldn’t care less about slower usb speeds (and really don’t care about usb-C cuz hooray now I need to buy USB-C cords now). The low light performance on the pro is a tiny bit better- but both phones being able to shoot in 24mp is huge. Also- the 15 has a much better minimum focusing difference- which is huge for me taking close-ups of my dog, flowers, Christmas ornaments.. whatever. I already run into those challenges of things being right on the line of being too close with the 13p, and the 14p and especially 15p are supposed to be much worse due to the larger sensor. So.. I’m really not sure what I’m getting with the pro other than a dedicated 3x telephoto (which isn’t even that high quality of an actual lens in itself. I wonder how the 3x pro compares to slightly digitally zoomed regular 3x on the better main sensor of the 15). Both phones get action mode too. So.. yea.
@TheUnlockr I am using a regular iPhone 14, and my usage is WhatsApp chats, calls, and social media apps. I don't require a better camera. Do you suggest upgrading to the iPhone 15, or should I wait for the 16? Is there any noticeable performance difference considering day-to-day usage?

I normally get the pro but this year I opted for the regular. I honestly don’t miss the extra features of the pro.

I tried to sit my iPhone 15 regular to a 14 regular nor 14 pro but I can really see is that the bezel of iPhone 15 Regular is slightly slim too!!

Brilliant video as always Dave. I actually got my 15 Plus the day you dropped your 15 Plus review vid. I moved from a 13 pro and honestly I love it. I wanted to try a larger iPhone but didn’t want to pay for camera extras re the Max as i don’t need them. Absolutely love the device and in case anyone is wondering, no the 120hz is not missed at all. Unless you create videos and are a huge gamer, 120hz is not a biggie. Unlike the battery on the 15 plus… see what I did there 😏 it’s phenomenal. 🤟🏾
Embarrassing how such an expensive phone doesn't have high refresh rate, when budget phones have high refresh rates costing 200 euros

Even when it is the cheapest and also even if I am not on the apple environment I feel people who wants iphones should go to the top tier to have better cameras (functions) better USB and better experience in general, and they will probably get it with the carriers discount so not much more to pay

I've watched tons of iphone 15 reviews. No one talks about the front and back camera issues where it post processes the images into dark, blurry and grainy! (the processed image is totally different than what you see on viewfinder) I have iphone mainly for the camera and the image quality the it delivered for the price i paid is so disappointing.

Ive tryed the 13 pro max and compared it to my wifes 14 regular, there is absolutely NO reason to buy the pro version for 99 % of all people especially when you consider the price difference of the regular iphone 15 and pro models.

Im confused … i want the smaller handy 15 with the better battery life of the 15plus … i have used bigger phones and they feel like brick … i want the longevity cause the 15’s battery life will be good in the first couple of years( just like my11) but then it will not be usable … 15plus’s great battery life will atleast be good after 2 years ….
