well the fact that it states the registered keeper says your not the owner if you have the car then register it you have given up the ownership or why would it now class you as just the keeper?
the birth cert is a bond if you type your bond number in and it shows funds connected to that bond hows that not evidence thats its valuable ?

Yes, Registering means giving up legal title, you only retain the use of the car.
You can look up Your BC and NI No. bonds 'CUSIP' number in the USA and then look up your BC (and other things) bonds values. You also can find your NI number bank account with Citi bank which is a BACs account You can write cheques against.

That's a stretch. We keep reading this but no one, in fact how many people have tried this which you claim and succeeded. I'm not denying there's truth behind what you say but, unless there's empirical evidence to support a successful process and claim, then this should just be relegated to a theory, just that. Not as fact.

Peace keepers have done some great work and put a lot of time and effort in regarding statutes/legislaltion etc and Council Tax, (to no apparent success as yet). But they don't appear to have put the same effort into the others things they are in denial about. Just because its not mentioned in Statutes doesn't mean its not true. The Gov aren't going to advertise their scandal and alleged fraud and leave an evidence trail to follow. But if you look behind the scenes you can find the cues, and then take action to prove it to yourself by getting results.

But DVLA is an interesting one and I would love to know if the vehicle belongs to me what gives the DVLA the right to steal, nothing as far as I’m concerned but they do and have done so many times, the only real proof of ownership when buying a new vehicle is the certificate of manufacture/ origin and this piece of paper you never see as that is sent directly to DVLA and the buyer has no choice in this.

In the United Kingdom, vehicles are owned by individuals, businesses, government entities, and other organizations. There isn't a single entity or organization that owns all the vehicles in the UK. Ownership of vehicles is distributed among various private owners, companies, rental agencies, government agencies, and other entities.
Private individuals purchase cars for personal use, while businesses often own vehicles for commercial purposes such as transportation, delivery, or logistics. Government agencies at the local, regional, and national levels also own vehicles for various purposes including law enforcement, public transportation, and maintenance of infrastructure.
Additionally, there are rental car companies that own fleets of vehicles for hire, and leasing companies that provide vehicles to individuals and businesses through leasing agreements.

It is complete nonsense; the DVLA owns your car. And the evidence is the number plate. Also, who holds the certificate of manufacturer origin? Also, the registration or the registration keeper's certificate is not proof of ownership but evidence that a one-sided contract was entered to make the keeper pay the liabilities. That certificate, like all certificates, are securities. If you indorse it back for set-off, then the securities intermediary holds the property. They are the registered keeper and you hold an interest.
The evidence is clear: your birth certificate is a security and so is the registered keeper's certificate. Own nothing but control it all.

the nonsense is that you are willing to allow a mafia gang to dictate to you. perhaps if you researched the constitutional documents, created to uphold the rights etc of the people - which grant the alleged monarch, judiciary, parliament AND government their authority, the BOR, the coronation oath etc etc you would see that ALL 'authority' systems in these isles are acting above the law. its your responsibility to stop creating further harmful division and work with likeminded others to achieve and end to their legalised harm and unlawful practices.

If I register a vehicle just to inform the government about my vehicle ownership, then why is DVLA extorting money from me, and why do I have to follow their rules, or can they take my vehicle at any moment if I have no formal contract with them just informing about ownership? Something does not add up.
It sounds more like the Trust where citizens (the government's debtors) have to register the vehicles with them (there is no option not to register), they become the legal owner, and we have legal use of it. If I do not follow their constantly changing rules and extortion fees, they have the legal right to take it, and that makes sense. Creation of the Trust.
Where is evidence that we are informing the government about vehicle ownership only by registration? The claim has to be backed up by evidence. I don't see evidence or logic behind this claim.

What is the law merchant in law?
The law merchant is generally equated with commercial law and involves the laws relating to bills and notes, bills of exchanges, insurances and all mercantile contract

    • @DjTatty
      @DjTatty 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

The Law Merchant, also known as Lex Mercatoria, is a body of legal principles and customs that developed in medieval Europe to govern commercial transactions and trade among merchants. It originated during the Middle Ages when merchants from different regions engaged in international trade encountered challenges due to diverse legal systems and customs.
Key characteristics of the Law Merchant include:
Flexibility: The Law Merchant was characterized by its flexibility and adaptability to the needs of merchants engaged in trade across different regions and jurisdictions. It provided a common framework of rules and principles that facilitated commercial transactions and resolved disputes in a manner acceptable to merchants.
Customary Law: Much of the Law Merchant was based on customary practices and norms developed within the merchant community. These customs were recognized and enforced by merchants themselves through merchant courts or tribunals, rather than by formal legal institutions of the state.
Principles of Equity and Fairness: The Law Merchant emphasized principles of equity and fairness in commercial dealings. It sought to promote honesty, good faith, and fair dealing among merchants, while also providing mechanisms for resolving disputes efficiently and impartially.
International Character: The Law Merchant had an international character, as it applied to commercial transactions and trade conducted across national borders. It transcended the boundaries of individual legal systems and jurisdictions, providing a common framework for merchants engaged in international trade.
Influence on Modern Commercial Law: While the Law Merchant was largely supplanted by national legal systems and codified commercial laws in the modern era, its principles and practices continue to influence modern commercial law. Concepts such as the principle of good faith, standard commercial practices, and international arbitration have their roots in the Law Merchant.
Overall, the Law Merchant played a significant role in shaping the development of commercial law and facilitating trade and commerce during the medieval period and beyond. Though no longer the dominant legal framework for commercial transactions, its legacy continues to be felt in modern legal systems and international trade practices.
