Cape Town - Episode 1 CHRISTMAS VACATION

Follow us on our journey down to Cape Town where we spent our Christmas holidays exploring and getting up to mischief!
SNOEK RECIPE:
1 x snoek (butterflied)
1 x small jar of apricot jam
1 x small cream
garlic butter
Melt garlic butter and mix in with cream and jam to make a sauce
Put the snoek into a braai tray and pour the mixture over the fish insuring that it is well covered
Put onto the braai and cook until fish is flaking off the bone
Enjoy with thick slices of white bread for dipping into the sauce afterwards!
