മിക്കവാറും എല്ലാവരും ബേക്കിംഗ് സോഡ കൂടാതെ സോഡാ പൊടി ചേർക്കുന്നു. അതെന്തിനാണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാകുന്നില്ല. സോഡാ പൊടിയും ആസിഡും ചേരുന്നതാണ് ബേക്കിംഗ് സോഡാ. ഇവിടെ ആസിഡിന് നാരങ്ങാനീര് ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ രണ്ടിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒന്നു മാത്രം ചെയ്താലും ഒരേ റിസൾട്ട് തന്നെ കിട്ടും.
